SCAM — Avoid at All Costs. Payment Taken, Fake Company, No Service, No Contact
This is a clear scam and should be avoided at all costs.
On 12 December 2025, we paid and made a top-up of 1,020 USD for services advertised via kustio.com. The service agreement was issued in the name of Media Mogul Management Ltd (UK).
No services were delivered!
After payment, we sent multiple messages, and after a while, even refund requests. All were ignored, despite the operators appearing active on messaging platforms. The behaviour throughout has been extremely unprofessional and consistent with a fraudulent operation.
What makes this especially serious is that the official contact email listed on the website does not work at all and returns server connection errors. Once payment is made, there is no functional way to contact the business through its advertised official channel.
Further investigation reveals that Media Mogul Management Ltd (Company No. 10776240) has been officially dissolved, as per the records of the UK Companies House. This means the agreement and representations were made using a non-existent UK company.
As of 23 December 2025, there has been no service delivery, no refund, and no legitimate means of contact. Financial institutions and service providers have been notified, and all evidence has been preserved.
Based on the facts, money taken, services not delivered, false company details, and no valid contact method, we consider this to be a scam operation.
Anyone considering using this service should stay away at all costs! This review is posted to warn others and prevent further losses.
