I recently had a beautiful new kitchen designed and fitted by Kutchenhaus Whiteley. Their service has been exceptional and I can’t thank them enough. A new kitchen is a considerable purchase and was quite worried about the whole process. They made everything very simple and clear for me, answering all my queries promptly and in a friendly manner. Keira was a delight to speak to on the telephone and would get straight back to me if I had any questions or concerns during the whole process from surveying, designing, ordering, fitting and signing off my kitchen. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. The quality of my kitchen is first class and the appliances well suited. It was a delightful process from start to finish, Thank you to them all. I would highly recommend them.

Exceptional. From the moment we were greeted/welcomed at the Whiteley showroom by the knowledgeable Allie, upto completion. Iain, the surveyor, came up with an amazing design and the fitters, James and Connor did a superb back to plaster refit. Coming up with solutions rather than problems. Keara, along with the whole team, kept us fully informed throughout. Simon, the office manager, even turned up at the house at 7.30am with a part to avoid any delay. The team and the product are truly excellent.

Iain and the team at Kutchenhaus Whiteley have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from day 1. When planning our dream rennovation / kitchen we met with a few kitchen companies and the experience, professionalism and quality from KutchenHaus was what stood them out from the crowd.
The designs were the real standout and you would struggle to tell the difference from the designs to the finished product if you looked at the images side by side - it really did bring our vision to life.
Iain and Keira have been specific employees to call out as they have been fantastic.
Do not go anywhere else for your kitchen!

Kutchenhaus Whiteley We had a full new kitchen installed and we are are blown away with the end result. It looks amazing and we continually recieve compliments on it. The whole process was seemless, the planning by Ian was fabulous and very comprehensive allowing us to fully see what it would like like before proceded, the ordering was very easy and the advice from Ian with making choices was so helpful, his knowledge of appliances and planning is really unmatchable. The fitting and finish was faultless, the fitters were beyond helpful and tidy and easily overcame any inevitable small issues that arose, everything was completed ahead of time and throughout the process Kutchenhaus did everything they could to help us and certainly provided a service that we felt was above anything we’ve experienced before, I would only consider them for any future projects we have 🙏🏼 Thanku once again for an impeccable service 🙂

Went to several companies for a kitchen design. Iain gave us something with the wow factor that was different. So pleased with the design. Kutchenhaus are not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Good quality German Kitchen. The process of ordering and installation was very well managed. We were kept well informed of each stage. Would highly recommend.

The whole process from contacting Kutchenhaus, through design and installation was extremely smooth and efficient. The showroom staff at Whiteley were very patient and listened to what I wanted, and designed an excellent kitchen. The design was clearly documented so there was no ambiguity or surprises. The fitter Ryan was also very helpful and tidy, and fitted the kitchen well with no issues.

We wanted to update our kitchen to something new and more contemporary; after researching various companies we chose Kutchenhaus in Whiteley – the main reasons were for their attention to detail, the excellent design service and the reviews we had read.

From start to finish we have been so impressed by the quality of their work, even when we did encounter a few small issues, the team quickly resolved them, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great customer experience. The showroom team, designers, the project management the fitters and the after-care service have all been fantastic.

We are delighted with our new kitchen, and will recommend the Whiteley branch of Kutchenhaus to anyone that wants a new kitchen!

Very pleased with the whole experience from Ian doing a wonderful design to Gavin doing a wonderful job with the installation. I went to Kutchenhaus because I wanted it completed while I was away on holiday and needed a company I could trust in my absence.

We’ve had our dream kitchen installed by Kutchenhaus Whiteley. From start to finish they listened and have completed the project to the high standard we only dreamt of. We chose Kutchenhaus because there was no hard sale, they were not pushy and have been so friendly throughout. The quality of the product was also a strong factor in our choice for one of their kitchens. Iain designed our kitchen with our ideas and needs at the forefront - now we have the most user friendly and beautiful kitchen imaginable. The service is 10 out of 10 with the importance of the finer details.
For a couple who do not know where to start with any DIY Kutchenhaus took away the stress and worry by completing the entire project - kitchen, floor and a beautiful nature wall. We can’t express our recommendation more!!

Right from the outset when I met Iain, he was friendly, professional and full of ideas … for those that maybe don’t have the vision, (like me) he helped put together a bespoke design and layout after taking the time to understand our needs.

We have a small kitchen so space was a real issue for us. Iain from the Whiteley branch did a great job working with us designing what we wanted.
Very happy with the installation, fitters were (James & Connor) prompt with time scale, deadline and attention to detail.
We did have an issue with the Quooker hot water tap but that was resolved promptly.
Very happy with the finished produce and would recommend.

Kutchenhaus Whiteley / Chichester has provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process, from design, thanks Iain! to installation, thanks Adam! The whole team, particularly Pip, Adam and Iain, were consistently responsive and accommodating to my needs. They kept me informed about delivery and installation dates and were understanding when I needed to reschedule when my build dates moved. I am extremely happy with the design, quality of the kitchen and the level of service I received. I highly recommend Kutchenhaus for both the service and finished product.

From the moment my wife and I visited the Kutchenhaus Whiteley showroom we were impressed with the standard of their customer service and of the high quality of kitchens on offer. We received expert help throughout the kitchen design process by Iain and also Allie and we easily arrived at a design that we were very happy with. The subsequent process of delivery of the new kitchen units and associated equipment (ovens, hob, dishwasher, sink and taps etc.) was very smooth and on time. The removal of the old kitchen and installation of the new kitchen went completely as planned. The installation team of James and Connor (with their support trades) was faultless, nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure that we were completely satisfied customers.
We are totally satisfied with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Kutchenhaus Whiteley to others - in fact we already have neighbours about to have their kitchen replaced by them!

We were completely happy with the whole process from "just looking" around the Whiteley store on a couple of occasions where Keira and Allie from the showroom team were polite and helpful; to meeting Simon the manager and then Iain the kitchen designer. Iain was helpful in adjusting our design to meet our budget.
Communication was excellent through from design to delivery and during fitting.
Ryan did a great job fitting the kitchen and Henry did a great job laying the flooring.
Based on our experience we would be happy to recommend Kutchenhaus Whiteley.

Kutchenhaus Whiteley experience was brilliant from start to finish. We did the usual other companies thinking Kutchenhaus was out of our budget; we wish we had gone direct to Kutchenhaus. The designer (John Paul) created our dream kitchen, solved a problem with the pantry door all within our budget. He spent time to make sure it had all the appliances we wanted, the Bora hob is amazing. We met the fitter Mark, before the design went for final checking. Mark was totally professional and very personable, he was always on time, respectful of our home and solved problems quickly. We had a issue with the sink, not Kutchenhaus fault, this was resolved quickly and without fuss, Mark made sure we had all we needed and more. At all times the show room team were available, quick to respond and solved any queries we had. The whole experience has been a pleasure, the team are professional and made sure we informed at every stage of the order, delivery was exactly on time, installation was done within the scheduled week and checked again before sign off. We highly recommend Kutchenhaus Whiteley for the outstanding customer service and the kitchens they supply and fit. We are very happy customers.

Very happy with our kitchen from Kutchenhaus Whiteley. Quality is great but the real difference was the design input from Iain, proper site visit, long discussion on our style preferences and wants then some great innovative design ideas. Sooooo different to the normal kitchen vendors with their showroom design suites which in our experience just offered "standard" designs. This was much more like a bespoke designer approach but without the "bespoke designer" price tag.
We had a few glitches along the way but Iain and the team were great at sorting these out as well hence the 5 star review.

We are over the moon with our new kitchen purchased from the Whiteley store. We shopped around from Chichester to Winchester but as soon as we walked into the Whiteley store and spoke to Iain we knew this is where we had to buy from. Iain produced the best kitchen plan incorporating everything we had asked for and more! Ryan the kitchen fitter was professional and completed the fit perfectly. The after sales team have also been great and have been out to visit on numerous occasions just to check we are happy with everything. Will definitely be recommending to friends and telling them not to shop around just go straight to Kutchenhaus!!

All the installers and staff from the Whiteley Showroom were outstandingly professional and helpful during what is always a difficult time without a kitchen. Their work ethic, (when a job needed to be completed by the end of a day it was done), continuity of care, project management and after care was outstanding.
The completed Kitchen is beyond our expectations!
If I could give this company 6 stars I would.
