Has anyone made a withdrawal to a closed bank account and it’s bounced back to there account? Kwiff keep asking for a pdf of a closing statement but the bank does not do this as it’s closed down and doesn’t have online banking, I have sent a closing statement in with my name and all account details in paper form as that is the only way I can get it - 10-10-2026 my withdrawal was completed to my correct account

I deposited a large amount
I deposited a large amount. Immediately withdrew it. Kwiff has since withheld the funds for 4 days so far. I have complied entirely with KYC. All documents except my payslip have been approved. Which is the simplest one to verify. I have lodged a complaint which never got a response. I need my money back and can’t seem to get it or any help.

A bit more context - payslips are actually the hardest document of all for us to verify as they need a dedicated specialist for them to review source of funds. Opening formal complaints also only slows the entire process down since this requires yet another specialist team to be involved.
