I am so upset with this company. I bought a jacket for my husband for Christmas- it is too small & wanted to return to get correct size. Return label would not work so asked for another one. 2 weeks later still no sign of label & no response to emails. Nothing :(

We adore K-Way! The whole family wears it, summer and winter. Always stylish and great quality. We once had an issue with one of our jackets and the service provided by customerservice was excellent (thanks Alice!). Highly recommend this brand.

Used to own a older kway for 4 years and loved it. When I lost my old one, I got a new one in Paris. Sadly my new one started delaminating after only a year and a half of use. And what's funny is that the customer support rep told me to bring it to a tailor to fix it. I think kway now has poor quality and poor customer support after the purchase.

I would give zero, I bought K-WAY rain jacket after I wore it few times the inside lining start peeling like potato, I had to throw it in the garbage. Absolute waste of mone!

K-way le vrai 3.0 houdt het geen 10min vol in de regen. Mijn overhemd is kletsnat. De k-way is made in Italy. Echt rommel!

Jacket falling apart and customer service just direct you to different email addresses despite buying directly from their store. Stay away. Much better quality goods and support elsewhere.

We own 5 Kway puffer jackets that in the past were made with superior quality. Of late they introduced recycled down jackets which just turn out to be a nightmare to wash. They ask the same price, if not more, for a jacket that I'll never wear again.

God Awful
Do not shop at their online store. It is such bullcrap, I am sure they are doing some shady stuff. I was trying to return my items, they disable the feature. After contact them (having to leave messages on their social media, which I hated to do but had no choice) I was able to get the returns option up. I shipped my return out, thank god I got tracked shipping because I can see that K-way is not "there to accept my return". How can this be if it is a return depot, surely there must be somewhere that packages are left. They attempted to deliver on a Wednesay so no excuses about a weekend. I am convienced I am being scammed by them. Worst experience in my life. I am owned 100gpb from the items and that is not even to mention that 20gpb that I paid in shipping that I will never see back. What a joke.

There isn’t a zero star! Customer service is shocking, website now looks down, my money has been taken and no order. No one to contact as emails bounce back or not replied to. Shocking!

I have been buying their jackets for years. I bought one from the uk and tried to contact them many times because there were refund issues, it is absolutely impossible to get through them. Customer service is non existent.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Do NOT buy anything from them. There is absolutely no way of contacting them. They just ignore emails or they just bounce back. If you try and return anything you are lucky if you get your money back. No telephone number to call and speak to a human being. Still waiting for over £200 refund! I am so astonished by their non existent customer service. Buy and beware!!!!! Never ever again!
