The worst of the worst
An absolutely unreliable company. I will never buy anything again from them. I bought a pellet stove (with a 10 year warranty) that broke down after 6 weeks. This happened two moths ago and since then I have spend literally hours and hours on the phone and writing emails in order to find a solution to get it fixed. It's a living nightmare and I'm really starting to believe that eventually I will have to dump my 2,000€ stove and buy another one somewhere else.
