They confirmed the very valves I ordered. They confirmed stock then I could not pay them via Paypal in spite of using the Paypal logo. There was no update regarding shipping, no tracking number and on demand simply said we sent "regular".
Over 6 weeks later I received the tubes but they aren't what I ordered and they confirmed on the invoice.
When I reported this they said "send them back" - I asked at whose cost? A simple "yours" was the response. I hope they crash and burn....

On August 31, I bought, paying by transfer (5% discount), Psvane 6CA7-T-MII/2 Matched Quad, for an amount of €289.75. At the time of purchase, the expected shipping time was 3 to 5 days, as indicated on the corresponding laboratorymusicale.net page.
When requesting confirmation of receipt of the transfer, they responded yes but that they do not have the Psvane and that I could use some EH. I reject the proposal and when I ask when they will be able to have the Psvane, they tell me that in the long term, so I request a refund of the purchase amount. They tell me that there is no problem with the refund. On September 1, 6 and 8 I sent them my bank details, which they had requested on two occasions. They tell me that they will issue a refund shortly.
On September 18, when requesting the return again, they told me that "to offer the best customer service, they wait three months to see if they can get the ordered item." If after 90 days they do not achieve it, they proceed to the refund.
When I consulted a Spanish supplier, they told me that they have not received a product from Psvane for months and that, in fact, they have no expectations of receiving it in the near future (as Laboratoriomusicale states).
On September 19, I request a refund again immediately. Without it being effective.

Even here is a lot of negative feedbacks, what made me little bit scary, i went for riskand ordered something. And shortly, my experience is PERFECT! Directly after my order, they checked if it is on stock - not. Than directly cancel deal and resend my money bank, which i received next day.
