Took their pcr test on 56st on 12/17, still no result after 4 days. My friend took the same test at different location on 12/18, got the result in 48 hours. Apparently they don't have quality control on the intake and processing of the tests, must be totally random and depends on whatever bag the technicians grabs, and my test sample must have stuck at the bottom somewhere. Totally disastrous as I don't have symptoms but might be spreading the Omicron everywhere, everyday, but I have no choice but have come to work lacking the test result.

Had test on Thursday and no results as of Monday! Called customer service and after waiting 2 hours, when I was finally connected the response on line was “the person you are trying to reach, etc”. Today (Monday) the response on phone number was that it is no longer a working number! Still no test results!

LabQ is the new Milenuem lab, taking over the lab market with their exceptional customer service, it’s a whole new concept of lab works.

LabQ is fantastic. They are extremely professional (for lab tests such as covid), and their service is very affordable (in some cases even free!). I truly recommend them to anyone who needs.

It started well with a no wait testing at the mobile unit in Wall St but then it turned into a disaster. Couldn’t log in to check my results, kept getting an error message as if I never tested. Called them twice and in both cases was promised a call back but it never happened.
Then emailed help desk and nada... emailed again asking them what is wrong and finally got a email telling me they don’t have any patient registered under my name .. so they lost my swab or mixed it up. Simply unacceptable, not only the mistake but the handling of it.

With so many faster options out there, AVOID!!!
