Keine Empfehlung

Ich habe bei diesem Anbieter Lackschutzfolie bestellt, die Sendung wurde jedoch an eine Postfiliale weitergeleitet und von mir nicht abgeholt, sodass sie an den Verkäufer zurückging.

Nach meinem Widerruf wurde der Kaufpreis nur teilweise erstattet. Ein Betrag für Versand- und Rücksendekosten wurde einbehalten. Ich hatte im Vorfeld eine einvernehmliche Lösung (hälftige Kostenteilung) vorgeschlagen, die jedoch nicht aufgegriffen wurde.

Die Kommunikation verlief insgesamt sachlich, jedoch konnte keine gemeinsame Lösung gefunden werden. Der Vorgang wurde seitens des Verkäufers als abgeschlossen betrachtet.

Aus meiner Sicht ist der Ablauf insgesamt nicht zufriedenstellend.

Qualität und Service

Das Produkt gefällt mir gut und macht bei einem angemessenen Preis genau das was es soll.
Versand und Lieferung erfolgen schnell und unkompliziert.
Habe nun schon für zwei Fahrzeuge dort bestellt.

Ware und Service unbrauchbar

Nicht passende Folie wurde nicht zurückgenommen, weil ich diese versucht habe aufzuziehen. Vorher war das nicht erkennbar. Obwohl ich die Ware zur Prüfung zurückgesendet habe (auf meine Kosten) kam diese nie mehr zurück und auch keine Erstattung. Keine Ware und kein Geld. NIE MEHR!!
