Lacoste sort your Customer Services out…

Lacoste sort your Customer Services out I purchased some gds before Christmas DPD left outside my home they wasn’t there when I got home I’ve sent proof of the note saying(don’t leave outside my property it’s not safe) but they sent non receipt disclaimer which I filled in but they decided in there wisdom that parcel was delivered successfully so not only did I lose the money but I didn’t receive parcel either

Last December I was supposed to send a…

Last December I was supposed to send a return item, But they provide me the wrong label and it went somewhere else, I lost my money.
I had contact them, I explain and show them the email I received for return but I luck, they said that they didn't sent that label. I'm so disappointed I was a very frequent client and this is my first time with issues. Customer service needs more training so they can help more clients. They never try to reach more help on my situation and because of bad communication (email) I lost item and money.

No Refuns and Store Credit Expires Worthless in 90 Days!

Bought a gift for someone from the Vaughan Mills Outlet that didn’t fit well, so went to return it and find out they do not issue refunds, exchange only. Didn’t see anything else of interest and asked for a store credit and they say it’s only valid for 90 days afterwards it will be worthless! Horrible policy. Will never shop at any locoste store ever again once the credit is done. Buyer Beware!

Review for Lacoste Regent Street - Manager Nuria

Extremely disappointing experience for what is meant to be a premium brand.

I visited this store regarding a Lacoste jumper that shrank significantly after being washed strictly in accordance with the care instructions. For a £135 garment, shrinking to the point of being unwearable after normal care is completely unacceptable and indicates poor quality and lack of durability.

The store manager, Nuria, refused to even inspect the item. Instead, she stated categorically that after six months Lacoste cannot guarantee the condition of its clothing, and that shrinking and deterioration after that point is “not surprising”.

That statement alone is astonishing. Customers are effectively being told that Lacoste clothing is only expected to last six months, even when properly cared for.

This is not how a premium brand should operate and directly contradicts basic consumer expectations around quality and durability. Normal washing should not cause a garment to shrink and become unwearable.

What made this experience worse was the attitude. Dismissive, smirking, laughing, talking down to us, and more focused on refusing a resolution than actually listening or attempting to help. No professionalism, no accountability, and no attempt to retain a loyal customer who regularly purchases from Lacoste.

If this is genuinely Lacoste’s position, then customers should be clearly warned at the point of sale. Otherwise, this behaviour is misleading and unacceptable.

I strongly urge Lacoste customer services and head office to review this store, the manager’s conduct, and the understanding of consumer law being communicated to customers. This issue can still be resolved properly, but the in-store handling was disgraceful.

My advice to others: save your money and shop elsewhere. There are plenty of brands that stand behind their products and respect their customers. If you do visit this store, feel free to mention this experience to Nuria. She will know exactly what this refers to.

The worst

The worst - -purchased items in store and when I went to return but I was not allowed because sales person gave me a 10% discount to entice me to purchase and then it was considered a discounted purchase - no where in the store does it indicate no returns of sale merchandise nor did the employee explain that to me - I tried to return items within 2 weeks of purchase. Now I am trying to use online and gift cards are not allowed - crazy. Manager JP (Jean) at Roosevelt Field was not at all apologetic and actually rude. Never shop there again and I am a long-time customer. By the way I made returns before and never had an issue. I called customer service from store and they indicated store manager can make exception but he would not.

I ordered a package of 3 products

I ordered a package of 3 products! After 2 days they sent 1 then 1 more in different parcels, I needed everything in one parcel, 3 were canceled! The money didn't come back to my account! Online chat never works! Emails are not answered ! The site has no support at all! They haven't answered for several days !
Points for the purchase are not accrued on time

My online order went missing and they don't care

My online order went missing and I contacted Lacoste to ask when this would be delivered. The item had been stuck with the courier for over a week. Lacoste said they would update me when DPD got back to them. Lacoste did not get back to me and the item never arrived. I was then refunded for the item but not the delivery charge, even though the item had not been delivered. I then contacted customer service again to request a refund of my delivery fee and Lacoste completely ignored me for a second time. I would avoid ordering from Lacoste online unless you don't mind taking a chance that it doesn't arrive and costs you a fiver to not have it delivered. I am now an ex-customer thanks to their great customer service.

Does not even deserve 1 star

If I could give 0 stars that is what I would do!
I would never ever recommend Lacoste for online purchases.
I ordered a tracksuit for over £200.00. As soon as I took it out of the packaging I realise it was the wrong item, I returned it near enough instantly. After no refund showing in my bank account I contacted Lacoste customer service through email as the online chat and contact numbers on there website does not work!
First reply tells me I have been refunded, when I replied questioning where this refund has been sent, I was sent the below response
"Upon verification, the warehouse has confirmed us that the items you have returned do not appear to be the same as the ones you ordered, therefore, we cannot refund you.
The automatic refund process has activated an anomaly that makes it impossible for us to give you your money back.
We are very sorry that this has happened but cannot help you with a refund."

As they repeatedly stated they will not refund this, I requested they return the tracksuit back to me, only to get the below response.
Unfortunately I have received word from my colleague that in your case the parcel has been destroyed.

"This has been done because the rules have not been followed.
This is our current process on what we do with incorrect returns: "Any incorrectly returned product will be kept for 10 days, then recycled if unclaimed. Upon request, we can arrange a free reshipment. However, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items that we do not own."
We are very sorry for this but cannot undo what has been done."

The customer service and return process is beyond belief, I have never in my whole life ever come across such terrible customer service.

I decided to review this company

I decided to review this company, UK branch. Months ago they invited me to leave a review of their products. I have been a recurring customer for several years but I never left reviews to this company. A very good company with great products. One of the few companies that still make garments with natural fibres like cotton or organic cotton for t-shirts, underwear and jumpers and not only polyester and other fake materials. This needs to be said. It's important because polyester messes up with our endocrine glands. I would like shoes to be made with natural materials as well.
For what it's my experience the customer service over the years has been excellent and the deliveries so smooth and on time. They use DPD which I think is a great courier. I have been using them for ages. Lacoste never messed up one of my parcels and the items come so well packed. They also have a loyalty customer programme. I received very nice products with my loyalty points like a card holder made of a very good quality leather that I have been using for years and a lovely beauty case. Lacoste, please keep working like this.

I purchased a t-shirt Lacoste at the Miami Open and unfortunately was disappointed with the quality. The thread used around the neck (except in the vack because is covered with fabric) caused noticeable discomfort due to rough threads, which felt closer to low-grade material than the premium standard you’d expect from this company and price. I raised my concern but was told the product meets “standard quality.” In my experience, it fell short of what I’d reasonably expect. I believe both the product’s finish and responsiveness to feedback could be improved.

Normal brand

compared to Gucci or Mazeratti, which were hyped up to the oblivion, this is the brand that still kept its identity.
I guess when rappers wil start rapping about Lacoste, this willl be truly over for us. But right now, the quality is still there, and I like wearing their products. Feels like I'm not one of the sheep screaming 'Gucci gang!'.

Unacceptable Service – Still Waiting After a Month

I placed an order for my husband’s gift on 8th August, and nearly a month later I have not received a single update on whether my order has even been prepared or shipped. No communication, no customer service, nothing.

This level of neglect is beyond disappointing — it’s completely unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this with any other brand. It feels like the company is falling apart, and if this is how they treat customers, I can see why.

I am now left chasing a refund instead of receiving the gift I ordered in good faith. Absolutely appalling experience, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering!

I made the mistake of ordering several…

I made the mistake of ordering several items from Lacoste.com and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. None of the items were true to size, so I returned them promptly. After waiting over a month with no refund, I contacted their customer service—no reply. Since I paid through PayPal, I opened a case and submitted the FedEx tracking information, which shows delivery with signature confirmation.

Lacoste’s response? They claimed FedEx “is unable to provide any details for the tracking,” even though I have clear proof of delivery. Now I have to escalate with PayPal just to get my money back. This has been a horrible experience, an unnecessary waste of time, and completely unacceptable for a brand of their reputation.
