When placing an order, I indicated the wrong color. I got a refusal to change the color because the order hasn't been sent yet. Also, I can't cancel the order because I have to get an order that I don't need first and then make a refund for a fee. That's nonsense. I've never seen a service like this before. I don't recommend buying products on an online platform.

I was sent a defective jacket from Lacoste

I purchased a full price navy quilted jacket directly from Lacoste.com. When I received it, the Lacoste crocodile logo was sewn on wonky, at a angle. I did not expect this from a premium brand. I also read a review on Zalando.co.uk that a customer had bought the same jacket 5 times, and each time the logo badge was not straight and it was tilted. So this was not a one off. It looks like Lacoste has been skipping quality control at those Bangladeshi sweat shop factories. Chasing quantity over quality.

I have bough a Lacoste t-shirt from London Store .I am washing it as manually and it is just colorized as blue mıixed in to the water

I am gobsmocked how a locoste is unquality :(

That is the first time i washed before wearing

Shrunk after first wash

Really disappointed. Bought 3 hoodies from the shop. It felt like good quality till first wash. After first wash in low temp, all shrunk. What a waste of money. Each of them was around £100. I want be buying from them anymore

Disappointing customer service experience.

I returned two pairs of shoes to Lacoste, but only received a refund for one. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was told that their warehouse only received one pair – and that nothing more could be done. There was no effort to investigate or support the customer. I expected better from a brand like Lacoste.

Bought a watch from them 6 weeks ago

Bought a watch from them 6 weeks ago, worn less than 10 times and the second hand broke off internally. Extremely disappointed with the quality and they won’t do anything other than forwarding me to Movado. I won’t be shopping there again.

Bought from Lacoste.sk. Returned the package, provided all details to the customer support, still no refund. Biggest slam to the Lacoste brand ever. Never again.

Visited the regent street London store…

Visited the regent street London store today, my son was itching for some shorts but sadly didn’t have his size. Which meant he still had to spend my money (yuk) thanks to GEORGE he helped my son with a belt purchase. He was very smiley and assertive ( something other stores lack ) well done George 🫶🏻

Exceptional customer service by Maykon at Lacoste Regent street

I can't speak highly enough about the experience we have encountered during our shopping at Lacoste at Regents street, being assisted by Maykon. He has not only gone "the extra mile" to get me the very last display item but also has been very proactive in getting us everything we have asked for, he was very friendly but professional. Thank you Maykon! Your friendly and caring attitude has made all the difference in our shopping experience!

Very unhelpful Customer Service. Tick box mentality

I had a slightly unusual query in that I got prescription Lacoste glasses from an optician who retired shortly afterwards. I fully appreciate that normally I would take a faulty product back to the opticians, but when he has retired that is not possible. So I approached Lacoste as it was the Lacoste frames that had a manufacturing fault. Even though I was happy to pay maybe 'cost price' and postage for a replacement frame, Lou Elise in customer service was completely unwilling to assist. Needless to say I won't be getting Lacoste 'premium designer' rubbish again.

Poor scamed costumor services

I went to buy a lacoste products from lacoste outlet livingston shopping center scotland , they were fixing thier shop so they change unite , i bote 2 product on sale and i've asked at the tell , if any of the items isn't fitting ill return it , they said yes y have 60 days to return it.
When i want to return 1 producte because it's small , they say ohhh sorry you are not elegible for a refund , your reciept said no refund for sell items .
How stupid you are telling me y can return it then you said no your reciept...
Did i see my reciept before i payed ? they should tell me , y can return it but for an exchange.
I've contact costumer services online and thier response was so stupid too.
I feel scamed and i feel so bad because a company like lacoste try to manipulate costumers and still thier money , i will never buy a lacoste product in my life . again

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Isabelle the advisor was amazing. Issue with the delivery address on a dispatched delivery. Was sorted within 24hrs by Lacoste. Despite DPD’s reluctance to help me.

Do not buy Lacoste online

Do not buy Lacoste online! Bad service, bad policy. A product was missing from my order (hat for kids) and Lacoste, after 30 days, neither sent it to me nor refunded the price. It is disgraceful. Suspicion policy on the comsumers. Unbelievable. Very very unsatisfied 👎

Unprofessional and Bad Customer Service

I purchased a Lacoste tracksuit via the Lacoste website there was a free gift which I should have received and I did not, I contacted the customer service team and they took about 2 days to revert to my query. They told me that the offer ended which was one day after I placed the order and they told me that I never met the conditions for the gift, the only condition was that your purchase had to be over a certain amount and my purchase was. The conditions which was stated in the communication is totally misrepresentation, as it only states that if you purchase is over a certain amount you will receive the free gift and the customer service team provided me a list of conditions which was not in the advertisement.

Also, the condition which I received my parcel was really unprofessional and extremely bad customer service, for such an expensive brand and well renowned Company you would expect much better service than this. The parcel was not in a sealed bag, it was just in a Lacoste shopping carrier bag left at my door and this could have been removed by anyone passing by. They were not apologetic in anyway for the service they provided as well as the condition which I received my parcel.
