Do not buy Lacoste watches.
I bought a Lacoste watch for my daughter, a year and a half later it's just up working. I emailed Lacoste and attached the receipt which has a 2-year warranty.
Lacoste says they do not cover the mechanics of the watch!!! You couldn't make this up.
So I now have a broken watch and a valid receipt and they still won't refund me.
Absolutely avoid buying any Lacoste products. Terrible customer service.
SCAMMED, no refund no product
Terrible customer service, they basically scammed me, after I payed on the website and waited more than 2 weeks, i did not receive my product, so I contacted customer service, they said that they are out of stock, so I asked for a refund, they said that it will take up to 3 days, but here I am, 35 DAYS LATER, no refund no nothing, they even changed the status of my order to CANCELED, mind you I did not cancel anything, now they don't even respond to email and calls, they are bottom line SCAMMERS.

After returning a top I bought on line, I contacted customer service to chase my refund as this was taking some time. I sent the proof of postage and was told my parcel had been received on 2nd September and to allow a few more days for the refund to be processed. After many more email exchanges I have now been told that they haven’t received my parcel and that they won’t refund me. Totally disgusting service by what I always considered a reputable brand. Never again.

I want to share my experience so you do not have a headache with this company (LACOSTE). I bought shoes, and just two months later, the leather material ripped. I wrote to customer service, and they asked for more pictures and evidence; it was weird that you had to send customer service, the warranty team and complaints in the same email, meaning they do not care, just playing with you. I used to love this brand, but now I will not buy any more from them. I will find support for the other side.

One one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a product. You would think a company as big as the cost would make you feel secure. It is actually the opposite. The customer service is absolutely shocking. They just hang up whenever you ask them a question or an explanation.
My parcel was left on the street when I live on the eighth of a building clearly not been delivered yet or cost just refused and refused to give me an explanation or talk to me about it. They just kept chatting me down.
You would think Lacoste would help you and have your back no matter what however however the customer service was shocking they were rude. They even shout back at you on the phone never ever ever buying from cost again real shame because I liked the products but this is put me off and I see I’m not the only one with this review recently .

Don't buy from Lacoste Singapore. Bought a faulty product and was denied a refund. Difficult to get hold of the store (airport branch). No one answers the phone and no managers / anyone with any authority in store.
Also terrible customer service in store and when contacting Lacoste.
Shocking Customer service
I recently bought a number of items from Lacoste, I had to return two items as they were too small. I packed the box with both the items and returned the box. I only received a refund for one item, customer services said that I had only returned one item. I have been in touch several times, only to be told there was nothing that they can do, as the warehouse said there was only one item returned. The customer services department of Lacoste are appalling, I do like the Lacoste brand, however, I'll not be purchasing anything else.

Bought a lacoste tracksuit on discount 50% and it was the wrong size, i then asked for another size and they didnt want to let me change it because the discount period was over. Even though both sizes were on discount. Instead i got an email saying sorry with a discount code of 20 dollars to shut my mouth when i told i was gonna leave a bad review (LOL)

Great products, lame Customer Service for a "big company""
Unbelievable, I did order a pair of shoes and the size was a big short and needed a bigger one. I called Customer service and they mentioned I need to return the item and collect my money back with no option to change them instead.
Sadly I bought them on sale and the price increased since the first purchase so I was I'm not willing to pay 50% more due to this size issue. Customer Service hung up on me saying there is nothing they can do, not even a discount code to match or even approach the price I paid, not a bit of empathy with the customer or willingness to sort the issue.
No customer appreciation
Unilaterally cancelled an order because they ran out of what they had on the internet, I’m guessing as they had no decency to explain. No offer of anything else or an ‘sorry here is a credit for the future’.
This is an international company who produce many items regularly. I remain flabbergasted. Either they cannot do stock control or they are too arrogant to treat customers fairly. Either option not good.

Love the products but if buying in the UK do not post back the goods - return to their store. The warehouse is stealing the returns and they are claiming they never returned the items. Seems like they have logistics issues in their warehouse and the customer services team can only go with the information which they have, understandably, but hopefully they can resolve the theft in their warehouses so customers aren’t paying for their incompetence.
