Ladbrokes 😂😂😂

Ladbrokes 😂😂😂

They call themselves an online Casino lol
Ladbrokes free promotions are boring, never get placed on any leaderboard and Ladbucks is ridiculous as you need Thousands for 3 dead capped spins to get a pop up stating unlucky you didn't win or 4p or something.
Gameplay when you deposit on whatever game or whatever stake is just dead spin after dead spin with no features or scatters.
If you was lucky enough to get a feature it's very capped and your winnings are appallingly very low peanuts, making it it so dreary and boring.
Ladbrokes i'd rate out of 10 for an online Casino about half a point.
If your bored and want a flutter you stand just as much chance winning on the National lottery.

Worst casino, hands down

Is this the worst of the lot? I think so. €50+ on multiple 10 cent games, 2 scatters with wins of €2 and €4.

Terrible app, constantly hangs, across multiple devices.

Free spins when you spend €20, except it doesn't work, never credits, and when you reach out to customer service you spend 45 minutes to get an I don't know from an idiot.

Honestly, wipe your butt with the money instead, at least it's good for something then.

Customer advisor admitted the block will stay on my account, when pointing out the company was a scam he replied why would you want to be with us we’re scamming people luckily I have recorded the call! Rang back and was told no one could speak to me as I was recording ……something to worry about Ladbrokes? If your agents and yourselves have done nothing wrong then you wouldn’t be co termed about being recorded!
Stay well away from them they will take your money and block your account! Admitting you’re scamming people wow!
Thanks for the proof though I will made sure it lands in the correct hands! You need investigating

Placed a bet on the Irish Grand National and was told by the member of staff in the shop that each way was for the first six places. My horse finish sixth I went to pick up my winnings and was told it was only paying the first five places the information of point of sale was incorrect and after speaking to customer services the area manager is refusing to pay out over 40 years of betting with this company and there will be no more shocking service.

EDIT: THEY HAVE NOW BLOCKED ME FROM USING THE ONLINE CHAT

My mum likes a spin occasionally she’s a pensioner and gets bored, she had a little win, at withdrawal she was asked for all kinds of stuff which she provided and apparently that’s not good enough, they are now refusing to pay out and refusing to pay back what was deposited since opening. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING TO SCAM A PENSIONER!

another case of account closed for no reason. citing irregular activities. odd enough, the email cam through just minutes after i processed a large winnings withdrawal. now i can't access my winnings and they even refuse to refund the stakes (they cant keep the stakes and the winnings, that's just theft). going through complaints procedure and have been in touch with the gambling commission. i will have my money or my day in court.

frustrating experience…

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Ladbrokes and won’t be using them again.

On multiple occasions, I’ve placed bets only to later notice that key details had changed without any clear notification. Odds shifting after selection, stakes not reflecting what was originally entered, and bets being accepted under different conditions than expected — all of which completely undermine trust in the platform.

What’s most concerning is the lack of transparency. There’s no clear alert or confirmation highlighting these changes before the bet is finalized, which leaves you second-guessing whether what you submitted is actually what you’re getting.

Customer support hasn’t been particularly helpful either — responses feel generic and don’t properly address the issue. For a company of this size, you’d expect far better accuracy and communication.

Overall, it creates the impression that the system is unreliable at best. When real money is involved, that’s simply not acceptable.

I’d strongly advise others to double-check every detail before confirming a bet — or better yet, consider using a more transparent bookmaker.
