It showes that my cat lamp was delivered august 2022 I never received my cat lamp, I have sent over 200 e-mails to that fact, and always was told it was still in delivery. They you took my money and no lamp, this fraud, Patricia Doyle

I ordered a couple of the cat lamps and although they provided tracking info, I never got my package. When the tracking info showed as delivered, I opened up a claim with the post office since they showed my package was dropped by my mailbox. Post office said that the company provided a completely different address than mine, but same city. I have reached out to the company twice and keep being told to "be patient". This has been ongoing for 6 months now and fortunately I used PayPal, who refunded my money.

My husband placed an order over a month ago of the Tiffany cat lamp for me and it has not come. The order still says waiting to be dispatched when he checks the order status. We have tried contacting the company via email to find out why it has not been shipped yet but the email bounces with a notification that the email address does not exist - the email address listed on their own website. Having done a little research of my own I have discovered that they have multiple different Facebook pages and all reviews on any site I have seen have been somewhat negative. At this point we would like to have our money back but there seems to be no way of doing so. Needless to say I am very disappointed as this was to be a birthday present to me from my husband and now not only do I not have what appeared to be a beautiful lamp, but we are also out of pocket as a result.

I ordered a tiffany cat lamp on 13/7/22, was told it was shipped on 27/7/22, nothing has arrived, they provided a bogus tracking number which said it was delivered when it certainly was not, every email is met with "be patient", I am beyond patient, I either want my product or a refund

I ordered a tiffany cat lamp in July. The tracking info said it was delivered to my home on a specific date in August. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I've been looking every day, to see if it would magically appear, but nope! Called the phone number on the website--was not in order. I contacted the company via email, and I better get my money back! VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED!!

I feel I must write this review to redress the balance a little in Ladydemo's favour. It does seem most people, including me, only take the trouble to post a review for bad or above averagely good service and, quite reasonably, just accept good service as an expected norm. Anyway, we ordered some shirts from Ladydemo and only read the reviews on Trustpilot later - on the strength of which we more or less wrote off our 'investment'. However, the shirts duly arrived, were just what we ordered and of very satisfactory quality for the price.

Bought two dresses in May, received this month. A little bit slow but the bohemia style is beatiful.

I ordered 3 dresses and they sent me three products completely different. Different design, the wordt quality and nothing to do with what I ordered. I am trying to contact them and they are not replying.its a FRAUD!
Somebody know how can I get my money back?
