Excellent choice and brilliant customer service.

We have excellent service from this stunning store. Morgan was extremely helpful in assisting our choice and we loved the wide choice available and the luxury of the showroom and friendly attentive staff where nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend La Fabrico and especially the stainless steel polished bath which was the most luxurious bath you could ever own!

Sadly it is a lovely showroom with…

Sadly it is a lovely showroom with amazing tiles. It was reccomended by my builder when renovating the house. They over estimated the number of tiles needed for the floors and bathrooms. We sent the overruns back to them and asked for the £500 pounds to be returned as this was the cost of the over production of the tiles. They didn't reply, we have tried over the year of 2024 - 25 to ask them to refund the money but have refused to answer or acknowledge the request. Paul is charming, but beware and his staff have no knowledge of customer service.

Lovely showroom disappointing customer service.

Lovely showroom, very disappointed with customer service, Received a quote for some tiles and was waiting for samples before placing the order.
Waited over 2 weeks and no samples had arrived, when chased up , I was informed the samples were not ordered because they didn't want to pay for them, but hadn't bothered to inform me, the customer who was waiting for them!
Also was quoted the wrong price because they calculated the measurements given incorrectly, the attitude from the member of staff who dealt with this was appalling, when I said the customer service was very poor so far , he agreed and said o well its your call! Couldn't care less really.
Well it was my call he was correct and due to his poor customer service I have taken my business elsewhere and they have lost a sale to the value of nearly £900.
Fortunately for me I have found a company who's customer service has been excellent and supplied the same tiles.
And it has not cost me as much and certainly hasn't cost me £54.00 for delivery! It's a shame as I am all for shopping locally, but customer service is important.
And sadly lacking at Lafabrico.
