They get 2 stars for the cake and lovely story of the shop. I'm danish but yesterday (9/2-22) I felt so badly treated I still bothers me today. The staff make you feel very unwelcome or they are treated badly, because I could barely get a smile from the girl helping me. She seemed nervous and unhappy. Waiting time even with loads of staff there, elevator looks on the customer to scan them. Yeah, I don't walk around in suit and tie but it's 2022 so welcome to the future, millionaires are wearing caps and hoodies, and we still WANT service! Especially for the price. Cake is amazing and so is the story of the place, but treat everybody like good customers please! Or I can find somewhere else!

Racist shop they don't tell their stuff how to behave and it's up to every worker to behave as they thinks it's right if you are not Danish you are not welcome there you will be demanded payment before order is ready and its up to the workers to decide if they like to charge you before or after they make your order that was the answer from the company and be ready to not get any explanation about the cake they have they thinks they sell gold and as foreign you can't over a couple of dollars cake that's the look you will get from the worker there

Yet another perfect day out was topped with some great cakes at this lovely place.
Extremely well managed cafè, politeness towards customers are top notch.
The cakes…… you may ask…. just pure perfection and delicious.

Serverice and quality always amazing. Order the Ice dessert and bread rolls for 12 people the same morning as we had the party. Even it was such last minut they managed to have it all ready for us by midday. Such service and treat to server your guest a dessert where everybody digs in twice, leaving no leftovers THANK YOU La Glace for your outstanding service and delicious bread and dessert.

Pure enjoyment in charming and intimate surroundings. The cakes are delicious and pretty. The staff charming and helpful. A vibrant classic from the old world not to be missed.

I've been there twice, in 2003 and 2019. They are just some selfish people working there. You have to show them your money first if you want to see their happy face
