Quick efficient delivery and great product.

The varnish is easy to apply, easy to clean up after, and dries to a good finish.

Super helpful advice, great quality VOC free paint. Have used them for years and always been pleased. Having multi-chemical sensitivity, am the canary in the mine and still singing sweetly :)

Update: off their response, just want to clarify that all of what I said is true and accurate. Just be careful with these guys if you want to spend your money here. Our google review shows photos of the paints we received against what they should match. All should be yellow/green pigmented off whites: F&B Wimbourne White, old school white and little greene linen wash. (not grey nor should they contain any blue pigment as he has suggested). Just want to make sure no one else loses their money.

Disgusting customer service. Spent £400+ on colour matched paint to not have any of them match. Reached out to them and was given numerous explanations from Ian the tech manager including that “it’s correct their end” to their dated colour charts as he said they don’t update them over time when they inevitably change colour. He also blamed the brands like F&B and Little Greene for “updating their colours” over the years.

How, as a customer, am I meant to pick a colour to match based on these facts. I’m going to go to a brand and pick from their recent colour chart and ask for that??. If they’d just taken accountability and sorted it out, I wouldn’t be so angry but I now feel completely gaslit and robbed of £100s.

I’ve read the other reviews of his responses to anything negative and wish I’d never supported this small business.

If you want truely colour matched paint, head to tikkurila, who also have brilliant customer service.

soft sheen = exceptional quality non toxic paint, beautiful colours no plasticisers but wipes clean in bathroom and kitchen for 10+ years. eggshell even more washable. both a joy to apply as is fence paint.

Ordered two paints colour matched to Farrow and Ball colours. One was close enough but not perfect, the other was completely off.

I was basically told “it matches our swatch” despite me sending several pictures showing the colour matched neither the farrow and ball swatch or the farrow and ball sample pot on the same wall.

Really disappointed that there was no accountability or attempt to remix the paint, or for me to send back the one I received so they could even check it.

To be honest that’s not good enough when you charge £110 a pot.

I was just trying to be nice regarding The Hague blue as I’m a reasonable person, I also said we’d tolerate minor differences as colour matches are never perfect. I expected a reasonable response in return but didn’t get one.

Finishes nicely, really enjoy not having to wear a mask, will wait to see how hard wearing it is longterm. Enjoyed using it.

I love the colours and the customer service. But, my painters tell me it’s been really hard to lay on. It’s very quick drying. It doesn’t seem to stick to the wall easily, even though they thoroughly prepared the walls. They’ve also ended up having to put 3-4 coats with the deeper colours. Let’s see how it goes with the lighter colours.

I requested match pots which arrived very quickly and I subsequently ordered paint which was also arrived very quickly within a couple of days. This was excellent service

My only gripe is that I couldn't get a bright shade of the 'Acid Yellow' (the pure yellow) It was pale.

the rest is great, fast convenient delivery and texture easy to work with.

A great product and brilliant service.
I can't fault anything.... and have used for a long time - originally because my nose drips continuously, my eyes itch and my head aches when I use standard paints.
Well worth the extra cost to avoid all that hassle.

Excellent eco-friendly masonry paint. Delivery secure and prompt. True to colour and mixed well. Good coverage over rough rendered masonry.

Delivery was prompt and the paints worked a treat, but requires patience for proper drying before second coat, and a second coat is always needed. Absolutely no smell!

Great paint! Only needed 1 coat. No nasty niffs either. Will not buy any other brand ever again. Colour (cotilard matt , clotted cream satin , pet friendly) turned out even better than I hoped.
