Don't buy from them.
After being a customer for some years and having purchased 4 watches and several accessories from the brand I have to give a negative review to this brand.
Recently I made purchase of a couple watches and a jewel accessory as a replacement for ones that were stolen from a house break-in. My wife was affected by the loss, more so emotionally than economically, and I decided to buy replacements directly from the lambretawatches.com website to surprise her in a wedding anniversary to happen soon. I had to pay UPS delivery to ensure that the 2-4 business days delivery so they would arrive on time for a weekend trip for the anniversary. 4 days passed by after purchase (2 business days) and I still had no news whatsoever of merchandise being dispatched. Then I received a message from UPS indicating package was processed and due to delivery by next monday, way later than the promised 2-4 business days (more like 6 business days) and ruining the possibility of giving the present in the anniversary. I contacted UPS and they said that actually it was not yet picked up at the origin and that the type of delivery was not the "express" one but the regular one that in no way could be delivered in 2-4 business days. I immediately tried to contact lambrettawatches customer support so they could fix this. I emailed customer support, by email asking them for an urgent solution. Only two days later, support rep. Shaon Biswas responded to me just saying "We are trying our best to expedite the delivery". Of course this was totally false since by then the package was in transit and nothing could be done to expedite anything. They showed total lack of interest in the case and then lied to me.
Finally the package was out for delivery way later than promised and while we were on the trip. On our return I got the package. It was a simple envelope with ver poor protection, just a bubble wrap envelope. Having asked also for a premium gift box, unsurprisingly it came damaged on the corners because of the lack of any physical protection to a delicate cardboard box. I contacted again customer support to claim for a refund of the box and for the shipping expenses since they never delivered on the promised date. I never got a reply even after insisting.
I will not buy any more products form such a careless brand and don't recommend to buy from them directly.
