I went to LA Medical for a simple…

I went to LA Medical for a simple primary care check-up with Alison Welch, APRN. Instead of a covered $0 copay visit, I was billed $755 for services I never asked for and did not receive — including "alcohol misuse screening," "advanced care planning," and "depression screening."

Humana denied the claims, but the practice is still trying to bill me. This feels like upcoding and inflating charges. Patients should be very cautious and review every bill from this provider.
