Pedido del 2023 numero #2073

Pedido del 2023 numero #2073, bolso bandolera de piel con borla, color blanco, usado solo en los meses de verano de junio a septiembre. En junio del 2024, me quedo con la borla que va unida a la cremallera en la mano. Roto y sin poder usar bien la cremallera, pues no hay de donde tirar. Además está descosido ya por los lados de la cremallera. Escribí a la tienda 2 veces pidiendo una solución y ni contestan. Tampoco cogen el teléfono. El bolso es muy mono pero la calidad de la costura y los materiales son tan malos que no compensa ni que sea de piel. Gran decepción.
