My review unfortunately refers to the quality of our communication and service and not to the quality of the products. If it were about the quality of the products we would give excellent ratings, but for communication issues you should receive the lowest possible rating and not the average rating I gave. I give average ratings because, having a business, I would be hurt if they gave me the worst rating even if it was my fault. Fix the communication issues, it is very simple to have me completely satisfied with a simple update on what is happening with my package, which was delayed and I knew nothing about it.

and the third benchmade with fit'n'finish issues in a row...which obviously isn't lamnia's fault, but don't buy benchmade in 2026, just a little warning!😂 (and i'm certain i could ship the knife back and they'd replace it!).
back to lamnia: great customer service, very supportive, blazing fast shipping speeds, great prices and a very good selection.
in my opinion this is the best knife dealer in europe, maybe there's a better one but i haven't found it and doubt i will.
so 5/5 obviously.
