Still waiting several weeks after ordering. Friendly response but no action. Very disappointed.

I think I never try to order from this store, the customer service is so slow.
I had an order around 5000 nok, and I paid extra shipping cost 100kr, now I have received a notification from post that the package is in a pick up point, long way distance. So what is the benefit for me if I buy 5000 kr and pay extra shipping cost for just handling the package from the store to the post?

Moreover, they sent me an email saying that a bulb is sold out, although it was available on their website, and they wanted to deliver al the items after two months when the bulb become available. Is it customer service policy?? I asked them to remove the item not loosing time and money.

I found the email response from lampan.se helpdesk fast, friendly, and helpful. They took action very quickly and solved my problem. Because of that, I went back and made another purchase already. Thank you!

We ordered two table lamps, which were beautiful but not straight. We received new ones after the promise they will be checked and straight, but one of the new ones was stil not straight. We kept them because we got tired, but their products are questionable.
