Missing order
Missing order, made an order with this company in January and I’m still waiting!!!! I’ve sent emails etc and nothing has materialised, Avoid this company I believe them to be fraudulent, I will now be pursuing a full refund.

different item arrived to what i ordered
Ordered LED bulbs and outside light with expected 5-7days shipping time. Weeks go by, no update. Email them and they say they are awaiting stock of outside light. I ask them to send the LED bulbs.. they arrive finally 20days later but they are completely different to what I ordered! and the outside light still isn't in stock. I have requested a full refund with no response yet..

Hello Malika, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We did get in touch to advise one of the items was out of stock, but delivery for this took longer than expected. You requested a part delivery, which we arranged. We actually sent you a BELL elite GU10 LED which is a better product and double the price of the lamps you ordered. Generally people are happy with product upgrades, but obviously that was not the case on this occasion. Even so, we arranged a full refund and let you keep the lamps.

useless and ignorant attitude. Ordered some bulbs 18th Nov, waited several days, contacted them by e-mail, got a reply stating they had to order some more as out of stock. Waited again, then asked for update, reply order had been shipped on 1st Dec. Now 9th Dec. have e-mailed them twice for update, no replies and no bulbs. Have now told them to cancel order and refund money. Do I hold my breath???

What a waste of time
What a waste of time. Simple order for one LED replacement strip. They charge for delivery.
Repeated delays. Weeks go by.We are out of stock. Then our shipment did not arrive. Then it will be here next week. Never arrived no commitment. I ask for a refund. No response
Then it finally arrived today...AND IT IS BROKEN see photos.
You other customers do what you want but I'll never use this firm ever again. Utterly hopeless. Easier to drive to a local store. Pathetic customer service broken bulb, what else is there to say.
Asked for a full refund. I'll follow up with a review update if I don't get one

Will not answer the phone after no delivery.
Accepted order except tubes not in stock on 28th October. I have just had to chase up a refund by email after a month.
