Couldn’t get anyone to respond to my emails. Another Chinese ripoff company.

Stay away from this Website! The swimsuits look cute but their way of conducting business is just not right. Plus they are bit an American company, they are Chinese!
I've had the same experience as many other reviewers: never submitted my order, yet, received a confirmation email the next morning. I cancelled right away (police says, if cancelled within 24h you'll get a full refund). Noone answered until days later, when item was allegedly shipped. Long story short, paid $5.50 to send it back and lost the $10 shipping fee as well, because they don't reimburse you for that! This is scam all the way. I am so frustrated.

No stars. Total horse crap. I ordered a swimsuit this summer. $29, free shipping. Sounded great. They sent the wrong color. No phone number or address to return. Had to email to get "approval" to return for their mistake. It's been over 5 months. They keep saying they will refund me after subtracting $9.99 for shipping of something I didn't order. Only cost me $5.50 to return under fist class shipping. Whatever. Lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a swimsuit from them. It came about 2 weeks later. First of all, it was supposed to be black, it was dark blue. The seams were all wonky and you could clearly see them. I emailed for a return. I received the info, sent it back, let them know the tracking number, as advised. They received it 2 days later. I emailed them and finally 7 days later they contacted me saying they received it and will send me a refund minus $9.99 for the original shipping. I was not happy about that but whatever. It has now been almost a month, no refund and no response to my daily emails! Beyond Frustrating!!!

Filled out the online order info then when shipping fees added $10 to my order I decided not to order. Next morning I had an email thanking me for my order. I was not happy but I liked the swimsuit so decided to just accept the order. Once I received the order it is not as pictured, it’s a knockoff🤨I do not recommend anyone buy from this company!

Impossible to request a return and get a refund no matter what. I had over $100 in returns and they offered me $15 refund, then $20 refund. Who does this? What kind of customer service is this? Never again shopping from this store. The swimsuits are cheap quality , you get what you pay so don't get lured into the pretty pictures.

Although the bathing suit I received was adorable, THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. The suit did not fit/flatter my body. I paid $32 + $10 shipping. When I emailed requesting return instructions, an employee Daisy asked me to measure the suit and refer to their measurement guide. I continued emailing asking how to return, knowing I had less than 14 days to do so. At day 12 and after me threatening to report them, someone finally gave me an address to return the order to. Which UPS could not locate by the way. After paying $12+ to ship it back, I got an email from Lanayaswim saying that they would refund me, MINUS shipping charges. I paid all shipping. So where is this money going to????

It's been 55 days and no bathing suits. They refuse to refund my money and keep telling me to check my post office. Their shipping company has had no updates since June 10 (today is July 20). A very expensive lesson learned. Wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered.

I am having the same problem as everyone else stated. Impossible to make a return. They do not supply you with the return address and good luck getting it!! I paid over $60 for two swimsuits and was offered $12 if I kept them.Horrible quality but even worse customer service!!!!!
They claim they do not want to accept the return because they sent what size I ordered.It doesn’t FIT!!!

Horrible customer service nearly impossible to return and get a refund. Suits are a good quality but you better know it fits b/c your going to be stuck with it. I finally got mine returned and now cant get a refund but I'm not giving up:(

Don't bother with this knock off company. Their customer service is terrible. I ordered my wife a swimsuit that was not the color of the product description and now they won't respond to my emails to authorize the return and tell me where to ship it! At this point they better refund my purchase and not make me pay to ship it back.

I wouldn't even start an order. I started to order a swimsuit, entered all my card info and got to the last page. That's when I decided to think about it till the next day. I never submitted my order! During the night I received an text from my bank saying the $$ was taken from my account! I immediately emailed to cancel the order (less then 24 hours) and the item had not been shipped at that time. Two days later I get an email telling my "sorry, your item has shipped" and can't be canceled. Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. I will be reporting them to BBB asap!

Received suit, it was too small. Tried to return, almost impossible. 4 days to get an address, then so many restrictions and time frame. Offered $10 refund to keep item. Afraid to return item and loose both the item and my money. Very bad customer service. Do not use if you think you might have to return an item.

Would give zero stars if possible. HORRIBLE COMPANY stay away. Makes it impossible to return and after explaining their crazy refund process that I’d have to pay for, they said would refund $10 and I keep the item so I don’t have to go through that process. I said okay whatever sounds good. I am still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later and when I email. They repeat the same thing confirming I want the 10 dollars and then takes forever to respond to the email again. I know $10 isn’t a lot but it’s the principle. As well as the swimsuit was very cheaply made and bad quality. Don’t order anything I wish I would have known.

HORRIBLE Customer service!!! Ordered (6) suits - keeping 2. I have spent THREE weeks trying to get them returned - they are NOT responsive. The return process is horrible! I will never order from this website again!!!!

I ordered 3 swimsuits over 3 months ago and have not received them. I have emailed them 2 times and have not gotten any response and i have lost the money i spent. Terrible and probably a fake business.

I simply bought my suit and just never received it. I received a confirmation email about my purchase but nothing ever again, on the website it said they’d email me once it’s shipped but I never was contacted again despite emailing them 4 times about it with no response. I’m surprised nobody else has ever experienced this..

I ordered a bathing suit from LANA swimwear. It was WAY too small and took about a month to come. The exchange process was hellish and made me want to just keep the bathing suit to throw it out. Waste of money! Don't recommend. You can get the same bathing suit for much cheaper on other websites like zaful, shein, etc
