I have supplied various CCTV footage of the drug dealers who live next door to me on Loftos Ave in Blackpool.
The police man text me stating your report has been submitted to Intel and it may seem like nothing is happening. (NO truer word was spoken)
6 months later and still nothing is happening. Due to my report against the drug dealers to the housing association and police they have since waged a campaign of terror against me cutting my solar lights repeatedly, slashing my tyres, paying 9 year old children to 'annoy and terrorise me' by stealing my mail and throwing wood in my garden and posting threatening notes to me. All of which has been reported to Lancashire police.
A day after my last report I got a text from the police stating your case has now been closed but if you have any suspects let us know. I do have a suspect, the drug dealer next door.
After my last report which is probably about my 16th now the police didn't bother to call me or investigate they just closed the case and virtually asked me to do their job for them. Thanks a lot.
Instead of arresting the drug dealers and rapists Lancashire police choose to become involved in a neighbourhood dispute where a young neighbour stole my phone and wallet and they are now persecuting me by using the very drug dealers who have terrorised me for the last 2 years as witnesses to prosecute me for assault when all I was trying to do is prevent the thief from stealing my things.
If the police had not taken the sides of the thieves and the drug dealers and set bail conditions I am pretty sure the correct apologies would have been made and this dispute would have already been resolved by now, but for some reason Lancashire police seem determined at every point to take the other side against me like they did at the Norbreck castle when I was attacked by 2 men in front of my 4 year old daughter, like they did when Challoner an ex prisoner kicked my car door then drove after me and rammed my car repeatedly causing my car to be a write off, like they did when I was drugged beaten and raped and they let the guy go and basically brushed it under the carpet.
I have been involved in 4 incidents in the last 15 years, when I call the police they talk to the other side to justify them not talking action and labelling me as the aggressor. When someone calls the police on me because someone has stolen my things I am arrested for assault.
If I am convicted of assault it will set a dangerous precedent for any would be thief or burgular because now the working man and homeowner(Who pays for this service ie the police) can now longer protect his property for fear of prosecution and persecution by the police.
Meanwhile the drug dealers continue to operate in broad daylight where our children play and wage a campaign of terror on me and my property and the police turn a blind eye to this.

I would like to share my experiences with Lancashire police. I got a visit from the Child Protection team from Lancashire police and came unexpectedly.
And was asking whether I was in a relationship with this particular male. "I stated yes I was, but I'm not anymore. I won't go into great detail but apparently the child protection team was concerned about my youngest having contact with him. But my youngest doesn't live with me unfortunately.
The only reason my youngest is living with father is due to the fact Neil is Police informer. Even the courts go along with this. And if this was a genuine court case, these organisations wouldn't interfere with my case, and my youngest would be living with me (Mother)
I do not appreciate the child protection team coming round to my current address unexpectedly. This other male in question was not at my address. So whether Lancashire police was trying to catch this male at my address or what? But the police officers in question seems deflated because this male wasn't here at my home address.
The police officers in question did say if/when my youngest does come and stay at my home address in the near future, that this male will not be allowed in my current address due to an investigation on this male.
I was quite frustrated by the way these police officers came round to mine unexpectedly. I don't know what these police officers was expecting to catch on me, but I wasn't doing anything illegal or anything untowards in the current address.
The way my thoughts are, is I get the impression Neil who is my youngest child is trying everything it possible can to make damn sure I never see my son again. If that is your way of trying to stop me seeing my youngest, then I suggest you try a bit harder, than just hear say to the police. And if their are any reports about me that is negative, then again I strongly advise the police to destroy any falsehood on me.
It is because Neil is a police informer, and when I have raised concerns about my youngest, the police, social services and NSPCC has completed ignored my concerns and put it down to my mental health, because that is the only negative the police, social services CAFCASS and the courts can use against me. I suffer from (Depression and anxiety) nother major. But still believe all these organisations can use against me.
I have reported my concerns to GMP multiple times, and every time I report any concerns that my youngest has raised with me, social services think that can get involved by stopping contact and punishing me for raising concerns that my youngest has raised with me.
I spoken to a D.S at Lancashire police and even this Detective said we all need to protect our children. But when I'm reporting this Neil he gets away with it, and then starts using my mental health which is discrimination.
And Bury Social services did admit by email that the MASH team did NOT complete any of their assignments. Which this is contempt of court. And will more that likely be ignored again. Why???
All I want is to spend time with my youngest because the child protection team has absolutely nothing on me. My youngest and I (Mother) are the innocent party's in this case.
So I expect CAFCASS start being responsible with my self and my youngest, and Neil needs to stop poisoning my youngest against me, by falsehood.
This is child abuse.
So everything I've written is factual and I can put a lot of negatives their way, (Police, Social services, CAFCASS) by Contempt of Court, Discrimination, and Child Abuse by father and organisations allowing my youngest to be abused.
And this is why Children end up dying in the wrong hands.
So I have got a lot on Neil Monahan and authorities for ignoring my concerns over and over again.
These organisations and Individuals are certainly disturbed by allowing these kinds of actions to take place. And trying to prove what an unfit mother these organisations allegedly trying to say I am. When I am a great mother, that wants to protect her children. That is all I have done with my children is protect both.
So don't be coming the high & mighty and interfering with my courts caes, as these cases are a private matter, and should never have interfered with these cases in the first instance. This was more of a punishment by social services, police, CAFCASS. Because I wasn't allowed to report any concerns raised by my youngest who told me what was happening to my youngest.
My youngest should be living with mum anyway. Because as I stated above this is contempt of court.
I will not tolerate this kind of behaviour by the courts, social services, police or even CAFCASS. Just as these organisations will not tolerate the public to be straightforward. Because in their eyes, it's a crime to speak up and be counted. So the only power these organisations have is to punish any member of the public by

You should work on cold cases and look at deeply and work on stronger sentences aswell

Lancaster police station are the biggest scum in northwest policing within the UK for someone with mental health issues treated like a rat abused by police and assaulted on arrest one of the custody sergeant’s bald didn’t get badge number absolute disgusting human saying people like me should be locked away proves your all about statistics and your selves you don’t care about no body abusive corrupt got a criminal record for something I didn’t do you should be ashamed how do you sleep at night. To the minority of the officers in the past when I’ve had mental health breakdowns who have dealt with me in the correct ways thank you do me a favour I know it’s difficult because it puts your jobs at risk but Whistle blow your corrupt colleagues and get them sacked and locked up or sectioned

Never been in a situsation where I needed the police but a domestic incident lead to me calling the police. I had a visit from PC Lee and his team amd I was overwhelmed ar how fantastic he was. his badge is 3021 I just wanted to complement how supportive he was. Thank you PC Lee for being a fantastic and thorough officer. You are an amazing police officer and I feel safe knowing you are protecting us

Older woman living alone. Never contacted police previously.
Male neighbour verbally and physically threatened me.
Police response he said she said. No actual proof. Could speak to him but no point.
Now paid for cctv and am living in fear.
Useless police force. Shame on you.

One star is far too much to rate for 2 Blackburn Police officers barging my bedroom door and handcuff an innocent mother whom they have no choice but to release after all their drama.They should be ashamed of themselves harassing a family and even went to my 17 yrs old daughter's bedroom and asking questions without parents approval.Isn't it illegal by doing it mister big headed officers?,.Do i have to tell you about the law or haven't you had enough training to remember what a respective police officers should be?Yes i have a very high respect on people with uniforms but the way you have done to me and my daughter respectively was left traumatized to see you in her bedroom.Is this right mr thugs?You would look better without wearing those uniforms and what a waste of resources coming to my house to gain nothing 😂😂,well at least you'll earn some wages to feed your families in a very poor performance which is a waste of my tax contributions, bless you and hopefully you'll remember next time not to come in to a young girls bedroom questioning without adults or her dad's presence at least you thick head.You scared her for life and became very sick as she was aware of all these arrested Maniacs/rapist/killers in the police force appeared on tv.When did you have the right to walk in someone's house without showing a warrant of arrest and pushed my terminally ill husband away?Honestly you could have killed him on that minute and left my young daughter in the house scared that no one to cry onto.You were not happy after that,you were only supposed to pick my glasses which you didnt give me the chance to get it myself before leaving my house(too blind to read and answer questions),My husband wasnt in the house so my daughter opened the door thinking it was her dad knocking the door,You just walked in yourselves as my daughter was already traumatised seeing her mum handcuffed and bundled in the van like a criminal,she ran on to her bedroom to hide from you but you came after her.We have a lounge in the house Mr thick head for the visitors and what the hell you're doing talking to a young
girl who are already stuggling with a very poor mental health problem?Do some research first before barging someone's house like a thugs in uniform to do your job properly,very unproffesional and racist,My brother in law is a Senior detective in Blackpool and had been in service for 35 years but doesnt behieve like you lot.Its a shame how the Police force struggling to recruit a decent and suitable for the job.I am not given up until i get a good explainations why we get treated like a criminal,i was released without charge as i knew it from the start, a swollen hands and fingers due to a serious allergic to metal handcuff which i clearly explained to them but ignored,everything was recorded through on their body cam they said.,make sure all your lies are recorded too,then i have to phone my employer and explained about my swollen hands and fingers which is impossible for me to do the job.

I called 101 to log a domestic abuse case and was visited at home on the same day by Constable Madeleine Azzopardi PC1250
I was listened to patiently and given excellent advice by her.
Constable Azzopardi helped me feel empowered and protected by her calm, lovely demeanour.
She then visited the perpetrator and gave me a report up of her visit which was very reassuring.

Ps. The officer who took my call on 101 was also extremely kind and helpful

Doesnt even deserve one star. Absolutely useless and waste of time. Had 2 EBikes stolen after thieves came onto our property broke into our garage. Didn't even attend or ask for a description off us of our very expensive bikes.
.Totally disinterested. Just a crime number!! Then had the Absolute audacity to ask us to fill in a survey. Lazy, useless, waste of time. Totally disgusted. More interested in McDonald's on Burnham gate!!!!

I would like to express my thanks for the diligent service provided by the above officer JM. Whilst I appreciate the police are busy with major crimes etc, he has taken the time to keep me fully informed in regards to my incident that I reported. His contact was professional and informative.

Where do I start … I dialled 999 for an incident of threat of violence that happened to me. I was told that they would “ dispense officers” So after becoming emotionally distraught having to go though the whole ordeal again ( did I mention I suffer PTSD). I am still waiting …. For Dispense officers 4 hours and I am still waiting. Where are you dispensing officers from timbucktoo? I am not sure this will post so I have copied and will paste again and again !!!! I felt safer in South Africa I could protect myself.

After watching a recent video on Instagram and watching the behaviour of one of your sergeants swearing at members of the public and physically assaulting them then other officers denying witnessing the assault of a member of the public I belive there are huge issues in your force. Disgusting behaviour and then you wonder why there is no respect for the police.

Absolutely Disgusting Behaviour From Sergeant 75 Calling A Member Of The Public ( A F'N Biff ) Then Telling Him To ( Foxtrot Oscar ) Is This The Correct Way To Speak To A Member Of The Public In Public All Because A Member Of The Public Made A Funny Face At The Sergeant , Little Did The Sergeant Know The Member Of The Public Was Wearing Sunglasses With A Camera Recording The Whole Interaction This Can Be Witnessed On YouTube By Reggie Photo Video.
Sergeant 75 Your Going Straight To Unit12 And 2 Of Your Other Colleagues How Dare You Speak To A Member Of The Public In That Way , I Seriously Hope They Throw The Book At You And Your Other 2 Colleagues As Well.

Never acknowledge hate crimes. Never listen to the disabled who worked despite disability. Never apply the autism act. Never ensure representation that is adequate to protect vulnerable groups. Ignores cases that have history of over a decade. Allows foreigners to operate businesses with hate crime weaved into their culture, and refuses to investigate the evidence, or provide a community solution or arbiter. Frequently abuses the hharrassment act on behalf of rich elites who ring up and lie to them about people from my group. If you died in Lancashire, someone's dog will find you, don't worry.

What I am discovering about the Mrs Bulley case just shows that there are those who are showing their incompetence and can't admit their incapacity to function as a police force A completely botched investigation

Absolutely disgraceful! One of the worst Police in the UK.
Someone broke into my property and damaged back door, they refused to come and told to get landlord to secure the property. Last week my son was assaulted in the school, there is CCTV showing who attacked him; Police refused to investigate. I just wonder what they are getting paid for. Soo lazy and ignorant! And when I made complaint, they replied, we gave you reference no but there is nothing else we will do.

Endemic within the Police Force Nationwide not just Lancashire is "WOKENESS". Nit-wit Senior Officers with little service, over promoted kids who have no proper basic Policing experience because it isn't taught any more. You would have to go back to the 60,s and 70's to see real Cops, not university graduates wearing ill fitting uniforms and spouting verbal garbage at every turn. Therefore they have no experience to pass on yo young recruits because they do not have any. Sad but true. This is the state of today's modern Police Service and of our society.
