Completely ignored

I had issues when logging in, my emails were ignored. I am trying to get an updated agreement but they have not sent it within the 2 hour time frame (over a week ago). I have emailed twice in the last week, left 2 voicemails and called countless times to each department. Still nothing! Do not waste your money in subscribing.

Non-existent service

I joined the National Landlord Association (NLA) on June 27th. I was emailed confirmation of my membership on July 8th. Since then, the service has been appalling. On August 21st I emailed asking for help logging in, but had no response. In late August, I phoned to ask about landlord insurance. I was told that I would be emailed details straight away. These never arrived, so I phoned again and left a message. I never heard anything back, so I had to go with another insurer. Angered by the lack of response, I emailed on August 29th asking for a refund. Again, no response. I phone in the week beginning September 15th and was told someone from accounts would contact me. They never did. On September 26th, I wrote a letter to one of the directors outlining everything that had happened and demanding a refund. Again no response. I phoned again on in early October and was told someone was dealing with my complaint and that they would get back to me in the next couple of days. I again heard nothing. I phoned again a couple of weeks ago and asked to be put through the person who was dealing with my complaint. No one was available and I was again told someone would get back to me. Again, nothing.

I am beginning to wonder if the NLA is actually a functioning organisation.

very good

Very quick and easy process and, importantly ,if notes or break clauses needed to be added this is done quickly, specifically and if necessary directly through phone contact with a person. Will definitely use in future.
