Bought the Triton Flex 3 BBQ, plus accessories. Was delivered quickly, by really lovely guys who carried it up 4 flights of stairs in my block of flats to bring it to the front door.

Took me around 90 minutes to assemble. Build quality seems very good and I'm confident of it lasting well.

BBQs fantastically - the cast iron grills properly char food to get a similar taste to a charcoal BBQ. The heat control is very good, although I did notice that there are hot and cold spots in different areas. The grill accommodates a lot and you could easily cook for a crowd on it.

I got this BBQ at a discount price of £200 and for that it is fantastic value. I recommend it.

I ordered a bbq back in November and as soon as it was delivered I put it as it was with the box in the storage so I can use it in the spring. No point of having it all winter outside.
When I started it putting it together now I realised they have sent me the wrong model! The one I had ordered was more expensive as well.
I contacted support and their response was that I had 30 days and they are not going to do anything.
So basically what they said is we are going to send you whatever we want and if you don't realise it within 30 days we have nothing to do.
Ridiculous response and horrible service.
I can't recall having such a response from a support service. Never again from this brand!

Fantastic product. Very good quality. Arrived nicely packaged as arranged. Took a while to put together but clear instructions. Heats up quickly and cooks perfectly. Very highly recommended

Love the colour and detailing! It was easy to put together and more solid than some we've had before for a similar price point. Also bought the recommended cover which is a good quality and fits perfectly. The delivery was really straightforward - booked it for a convenient day for me and got regular updates about their eta from the ArrowXL driver. Not going to let a little rain put us off using it this weekend!

Delivery on website took stated 3 to 5 days and I had to chase as I hadn't heard from Landmann. Overall it took 2 weeks to be delivered plus it was sent with ArrowXL who were nearly 2 hrs later than the original timewindow on the day and the box was slightly damaged.

However, The BBQ was worth the delivery hastle. It was easy to assemble and appears to be great quality! Just waiting for the rain to stop and it will be christened.

The BBQ has a number of dents on it. Which is so annoying. I am on my second LANDMANN and went with them because the old one was so good. Not impressed

Received e mail today to write this review but my bbq ordered on 2nd has yet to arrive!
Due this morning sincerely hoping no issues once it arrives not a great experience so far.

I’ve not yet put the bbq together .
But have purchased lots of accessories and the service was great and the quality look fantastic .

Product parts rust after 18 months. Bought in Aug 2022 and now needed spare parts (flame tamer, tray) as completely rusted and broke, despite covering diligently with a Landmann BBQ cover. Was told the Triton 3.0 I bought 18 months ago was discontinued last year so there are no more spare parts. No support not even a suggestion for generic items on Amazon. What a nice surprise. Bought a new BBQ and just got over a year's use out of it. Now have to throw it away. Not a good buy for more than 1/2 seasons.

finally got to putting together my rexon 6.1 - its fabulous and when i called for guidance the team were exceptionally helpful!

.........10-4-2024. Now received and nearly built but still waiting for 2 screws that were missing for brackets that hold one of the side tables to main unit.!!!!

Triton Flexx 3.1.The BBQ is extremely good value, it cooks well and retains the heat. There were a couple of small glitches after ordering but these were dealt with by the sales lady at Landmann swiftly and professionally, a customer service that I rate 5 star. I would definitely buy from Landmann again.

Just to echo the positive reviews on customer service (and counter some negative reviews) I must say that my after-sales customer service has been excellent. Planning to purchase an adapter on Amazon, in order to attach a second hose and regulator that I have for a butane cylinder, I e-mailed just ask if they could advise the thread size the male gas hose connector on the BBQ. A very helpful prompt reply from Project Manager Andrew advised me on the potential downside of running on butane rather than propane for which the BBQ is designed and probably best suited (the different properties of the two gases perhaps limiting the achievement of optimal temperatures, particularly in colder weather). Nevertheless, recognising that I appreciate pure butane may not always be 100% ideal, he is couriering, free of charge, a female outlet to hose connector adapter so I can create a butane option. Great service - thank you!
