The engineer turned up on time, was polite and used my name throughout his visit. I appreciated receiving a reminder about the boiler being due for a service and my experience, from booking the appointment to having the service done, went smoothly.

Excellent service from all the team. Lee came to the house within days of us asking for a quote, assessed the situation and emailed a quote. We compared prices with other companies and decided on L and P because they made such a great impression. After accepting the quote Lee rang to check we were happy and ask what date we would like for the installation of the replacement boiler. The team arrived on time to install and within hours the new boiler was in and working, no mess, no fuss. Two days after Lee rang again to check we were happy. We are so happy with how it all went that we've even signed up for the service plan from this company. I can not recommend them enough.

These guys are the real deal. Professional, trustworthy, reliable and caring. Had a new boiler installed, from quotation to fitting within one week. A superb experience from start to finish. My replacement boiler was booked in extremely promptly, and the whole process was very smooth. I was called at regular times during the process to make sure everything was planned in detail so no surprises on the day. The install itself was extremely professional and quick and I would recommend to anyone requiring a replacement boiler.

My son was very impressed by the professional efficiency, promptness and competitive pricing of this company when they supplied and fitted a replacement Worcester gas boiler for him, as a result of a Worcester on- line promotion. He recommended L&P to us, as our system was ageing and I am very glad that he did. After a prompt, punctual and helpful survey by Lee, we had within a few hours a very comprehensive estimate showing in detail all work required. The final invoice matched the estimate even though some incidental additional repairs were needed. A team of four, including Paul, arrived early in the morning the day after the company had received delivery of the last component. They worked tirelessly and by 3pm had installed a new Worcester Green star 800+, relocated from the previous boiler’s site to comply with current requirements , and a replacement new Megaflo Eco 170i Cylinder, also carrying out water treatment after installation. All pipework and fitting was very neat and tidy and all rubbish had been cleared, leaving our utility room looking tidier than when the team arrived. By 5pm Lee had registered the Worcester warranty for us and would have registered the Megaflo but was frustrated by Baxi’s insistence that we did this. We have immediately signed up for a L&P care plan as we have been so impressed by this efficient and courteous team and by Lee’s obvious concern for customer satisfaction. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

What a team, what excellent service and professional attention to detail! We had a large domestic boiler (WB Greenstar Highflow 440cdi) replaced into a different part of the house. Lee attended promptly after a phone call to assess the site. There was no hesitation in listening to our needs and questions and making a plan together. The quote was realistic and competitive with no hidden extras. Our electronic-acceptance generated the boiler order and the fitting was an efficient, well-rehearsed and pain free event by 4 excellent men, all tidy and boiler working by 3pm. A courtesy call from Lee that evening followed by certificates and guarantees was so efficient and professional that I have no hesitation in recommending L&P Heating Services Ltd. Brilliant, thanks.

Our 20 year old boiler broke. Lee came out very quickly and gave us options of either fixing it or installing a new one. He took the time to go through the different options and we didn’t feel pressured in any way. We chose to go with a new boiler and it was installed the next day! The work men were very efficient and tidied up after themselves. We couldn’t have asked for more and I highly recommend them.

I couldn’t be happier with L&P Heating. Communication was great, and the team were very friendly and professional. The work (replacing standard boiler, cylinder and loft tank with a combi, and installing all new radiators) was undertaken very efficiently and with obvious pride in the work (pipework is a work of art!). The price was the best of 3 quotes and add the 10-year Worcester Bosch guarantee, and they can’t be beaten.

Amazing service from this company. Came to look at my old boiler on the Thursday. Told me what was wrong with it and how old it was (21 years old!) and we decided we needed a new boiler. By Monday Lee and his team had fitted a new boiler and flue. I cannot fault Lees communication, explanation and service. Just fantastic. I won’t hesitate to recommend L&P Heating services to anyone.
