Not quite as simple as king, double, single. You need to measure to make sure you get the correct size. Also pillow cases not included have to buy separately. However quality is excellent.

Completely incompetent and they stole my money too.
I ordered some furniture from them, and it got lost. The tracking wasn't updating and I called them several time. They lied to me that the product was on the way, and after more than a month I had to cancel. Instead of returning all my money, it was just part of it.
Awful experience, and when I left them a bad review on their site, they deleted it. So they are hiding their mistakes, probably from their bosses and from other clients.

The king sized duvet cover has the worst design ever.
There are no buttons or zipper along the bottom edge to put the very large ands heavy duvet into. Instead they left a very very small opening across maybe 1/8th of the cover to try and cram an entire duvet into!
RIDICULOUS!
I packaged it back up right away. Followed the instructions on the La Redoute website which was the take the Inpost label in the package. Put it on my parcel being returned and take it to an Inpost location for sending back to La Redoute.
I watched while it was scanned and was told that he didnt issue a receipt - rather - the sender (La Redoute) would send me an email acknowledging receipt.
This was last Wednesday December 17th and I still have nothing from La Redoute. Nor do I have my refund. Nor do they answer any emails. Nor do they answer the phone
I have never dealt with such a bad company and horrible non existent customer service as La Redoute
Stay far far Away as you will see and read from other reviews
This is ridiculous that I need to spend so much time and effort to simply get my money back on a refund on a product that did not come even close to meeting my requirements
I wish that I had read the reviews first. I wouldnt have touched them with a 10’ barge pole!
And how “convenient” that any bad reviews posted to the La Redoute site itself do not get posted. I have tried twice and I get a message back saying they cannot post my review, to please call or email them instead

Once they have your money they dont want to hear from you anymore

The quality of the article was very poor and I would definitely have returned everything I bought had I paid the original (or even half the original) price - I purchased at 60% discount. However, it is the "customer service", or rather lack thereof, that has driven me to write this review. This company does not care about it's customers, or apparently it's own commercial success. After going round and round in circles with representatives that repeat each other and apparently do not read, or perhaps understand, your communications; I have cancelled my second order and will not be using the services of this company again. My advice? Don't waste your time and money with these people.

In terms of returning items I had a bad experience. Once I had to call them few times in order to get my money back and another time in June 2025 after calling them few times and giving them the SEUR reference number many times, I never got my money back. So unfortunatly I have decided to not buy anything more to la redoute!

I have been struggling with La Redoute since May, even though have bought enough on the platform. Last time I was offered a compensation of 90 eur for damaged furniture which is not in stock anymore. Given I this is the second time I bought the same as for the first time in June received same damaged goods... I have asked via chat to provide me reembolse to cover carpenter to fix it. Was offered 110 eur instead, which is not enough. And then I have never received any response!!!!!!! this is absurd, I talk to myself in support chat.
You sent me broken things twice without checking the quality. Then you say it's not available so I risk the project Ive signed in May. Then you offer me money not enough but at least smth, then you stop responding! What is that?
You spend much more on delivery and assembly, 100 eur for 1 piece one way, that is what you charge. Does not make any economic sense for you. What do you want to do with broken furniture???? and doesnt help me. I am tired of fighting with support for 4 months. And tired of approaching management to have things moving. THE WORST SUPPORT EVER.

Sofa and Sofa bed - ordered "4-9 days delivery" good prices in the sale. Nothing happened. Then a notice saying "not sure when we will be able to deliver" and then "they are in preparation". They "no existe actualamente"
What a total joke (and €35 delivery charge). I have has some good small items from this company - but (particularly in August) they are totally hopeless when it comes to selling stuff. Total waste of time and the telephone support is laughable. one person said "why do you expect us to answer during lunchtime"? Avoid

Item not received. No communication received from La REDOUTE or the courier company advising of non delivery. Very slow response to my emails from La Redoute. Have requested cancellation of order.
There have been no attempts to deliver the item. We have been at home. And no communication to advise of expected or failed delivery.

I placed 200 euro of product in the online basket and then had to ovcercome countless hurdles trying to checkout and make payment. In the end I gave up and made my purchases from another company. Companies that make it difficult for customers to give them their money don't survive for very long. These people should look at how Amazon, the biggest online retailer in the world, make the shopping experience quick and seamless and learn from them.
