Exceptional Customer Service

I ordered some products from LAS website for my dad's birthday and received exceptional customer service overall.

From the initial order I made a mistake, after a quick simple email correspondance this was resolved before the order even hit the warehouse.

I then further had communication with Kelly Cook, this woman needs 5 stars and more just for herself... she absolutely deserves recognition in the support she gave me as I was eagerly awaiting my order in readiness for my dad's birthday, she kindly upgraded my delivery method, the kept me updated with my parcel tracking personally... even to the point Kelly rang me whilst the delivery driver was at my door whilst I wasn't home.

She went absolutely above and beyond and is a total asset. My whole experience was outstanding

Thank you Kelly and LAS, I have 1 happy dad on his birthday!

An outstanding company I have several aircraft these guys have everything and a better price than I can import
In difficult times in the U.K. they still give 100% back up
