The product is good to look at but my mother wishes she had spend a bit more on better quality!
For example,
When she lifts her legs up to rest or watch TV, she doesn't want to recline her back but the back of the recliner moves back simultaneously.
First time, she also got scared of sliding down the legs rest as the recliner is a bit spacious for her small body! (She called me for help while holding on to her walking frame and I helped her up from that uncomfortable posture. Now she has figured it out how to avoid back reclining and sliding by keeping her legs rest at an angle! 🙂 But she wishes that I purchased a better functioning recliner for her like Lazyboy.

Received a brand new Motorola G86 phone…
Received a brand new Motorola G86 phone and it had a 5mm halfmoon shaped part black on screen. Contacted Lasso imidiately and first it was a good timely response but when a reminder was sent they were blaming another seller of phone that they wrote to but hasn't responded. Invoice is from Lasso so I paid them so clearly they should be responsible to rectify this issue if they new anything about Australian consumer law so now I have to escalate this.

Fraudulent activity in my view
the item showed it had a limited stock in the website and still can be purchased but in reality there it had no stock of this item in your wharehouse. Causing the item to be refunded after 5+ business days. That looks fraudulent to me. You should not be able to check out an item that has no stock. Calling the next day suggesting a different color as an alternative is not a good customer support
