Used them maybe 5-6 times over the last 8 years, never had any problems what so ever. Wouldn't hesitate to book through them.

Trying to find out what is going on with cancelled holiday due to Coronavirus is not easy. No communication from them.

Booked our holiday months in advance - we paid extra to choose our seats - everything confirmed in writing - then out of the blue new paperwork arrived informing us that TUI, their parent company, he’d changed planes and it was tough luck!!!
We approached Late Deals and we had booked our holiday months in advance but now found ourselves placed at the back of the aircraft, and near all the toilets, not what we had in mind when we paid our money on seats of our choice.
We holiday quite a few times a year and TUI have let us down before - time to start looking to book direct with the hotels and book flights separately. Jet 2 still a good option and have not let us down to date.

We have booked through this website a few times over the last two years and we always find a great last minute booking, good value, never had any problems touch wood!

The range of destinations and resorts on offer is usually very good also.

Over the phone I was informed the cost of the holiday and this was confirmed. However, when I checked my bank account balance, an additional £100 had been taken.
When I raised the issue, I felt I wasn't taken seriously and I was informed that 'for security reasons, telephone calls are not recorded'. I am angry and feel taken advantage of as I seemingly have no evidence of the fact I was misinformed over the phone. Never again will I use latedeals, and I will ensure people are informed of the risks associated with booking with them.
My name was also spelt incorreclty on my booking confirmation (which I had to keep chasing for).
