Scam. Been waiting over 10 days for order to be packed and shipped, still not shipped after 10 days. Merchant will not make contact saying they will send it but still have not sent, also stating I will be credited in my account and no such promise has been made.

I ordered 2 mattress toppers and a electric blanket in Feb 2023 and I still haven't received my order or got my money back. I have tried to email and my email keeps bouncing back to me and when I go on their website it's closed down and not working and I can not find any other way to contact latergator and im so angry as I just want the items I've paid for. Does anyone have any contact information for latergator please

SCAM!!!! I ordered from this company 4months ago still nothing they want answer any emails I wished I looked for reviews first $130 down the drain

I bought a mattress from this company over a month ago in January 18, I have not received a tracking number or my mattress, I’ve spent countless emails with no reply I’ve tried calling the number doesn’t work. It’s a scam website don’t waste your money.

I wish there were no stars for this shop!! I bought a stool a month ago on one of Their other websites, and I'm still waiting for any news about my product. I have called and emailed them, and they don't respond.

very avg. Bought an office chair with an electric massaging component. Needless to say, the electric component didn't work. Customer service not very proactive, kept giving me the "it's a manufacturers issue, not their issue" . No refund offered. After a few very direct emails, i got some long winded response about, return the chair, it will go through a process blah blah blah, then we can sort out a replacement. There is some stuff that looks nice on their website, just don't buy the massaging office chairs!!!

Very poor service , rude and aggressive. Made an order for our grandsons birthday we were told that it would be delivered 2nd May .We still do not have items , shipping was falsified.
If that was not enough we were told to chase matter up ourselves with courier company .
Save yourself time and money shop elsewhere.

Wish I read the reviews before I ordered from them.
I ordered a single mattress 11 days ago for my 4 year old sons brand new bed (which is still sitting in the box). Day 5 I received an email saying “there has been a minor delay is dispatching my order”!
I sent them an email requesting my order be cancelled and to be refunded ASAP.
Their response was pretty much “we’ll see if we can manage that & btw we take a 5% fee 😳
What an absolute joke this company is!!!
Don’t bother calling cause you won’t get through.
The phone number they have on their website is answered by an automated message informing you to email them
Nearly 12 days on and still no mattress!

Took a week to tell me something was out of stock.
Then took another week to ship the replacement item.
Failed to advise me of tracking number after I asked several times.
Horrific service.
Reading more reviews online, I should never have bought anything from this company.

Later Gator is amazing! It is so easy to choose the product you wish to purchase then wait for the sellers and couriers to do the rest! My package was delivered very fast, the man was very nice and helpful. He answered all my questions politely. Not to mention the customer support is fantastic, fast response time and helpful response too. Very accommodating. I highly recommend this site, I have been shopping here for over a year!

Very polite customer service emails but the time to wait for a response is ridiculous and I ordered a package 4 days ago and it still hasn't been shipped!? It takes one trip or the odor office to drop off a parcel and you're trying to run an online business? Sad that I can't leave a positive review.

By far the worst experience I have had with a so called company.
No customer hotline to speak to direct. Only via email.
Incorrect shipping number.
You will definitely not receive shipping on or around due date. (I never actually received mine)
Requested multiple times to speak to a supervisor was ignored.
Was told I will receive a refund but with a small restocking fee.
I definitely should of read there other reviews before purchasing through a dodgy company.

These guys are so slow at sending out your item out of all the online sellers these guys are by a country mile the worst so if your planing on buying for a birthday allow at least three weeks or just go to the shops if time doesn't matter good luck !

Every time I bought something through later go to.com I’ve received nothing but missing parts for the bed is actually not the right size now I spent $900 on the lounge suite and I got incorrect stuff once again I wouldn’t buy from this company ever again I’ve spent thousands on them but never again

I bought a king single bed frame and mattress put bed together the poll is to long so it bowed the bed the gas strats don't work and they sent me a single mattress, they said I ordered a single but when I put filter in for king single I pressed the first mattress and it was a single now my daughter is sleeping on floor because am waiting on them for parts and now might have to buy another mattress I should have bought second hand bed would be alot cheaper and better, would not recommend!

Ordered from two different accounts, one order was unable to fulfill whilst the other shipped but "got lost" by shipping company.

AVOID at all cost!.

So far so good!
I ordered on Thursday morning and they shipped the very bulky item off the same day.
Yet to receive sofa, will update when I do, I just wanted to mention how great it was to order and have my sofa dispatched the very same day!

Great store, have bought from them multiple times, always great service, and fast shipping.
