After reviewing the order details, the delivery postcode originally entered on the order was incorrect. Unfortunately, by the time the updated postcode was provided, the parcel had already been dispatched from our warehouse, as we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.
When an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the courier charges us again for redelivery. In situations where the address provided on the order was incorrect, these additional shipping costs are passed on so the parcel can be sent out again.
That said, we’re sorry we weren’t able to resolve this before the order shipped. Our team is always happy to help find a solution, so please feel free to reconnect with our customer service team if you would like the order re-sent.

Ordered a few items. One was apperently out of stock (update your stock maybe) So I then was asked to pick out new items??? I did but still after almost 2 weeks no real confirmation of what will be in my order or if and when it will be shipped. THIS IS HELL

I've bought a number of teddies/soft toys from Latest Buys on several occasions and I've never had an issue with any order I've placed, orders were always confirmed, trackable, quickly posted/sent, etc. and arrived quickly and well packed when they arrived. The prices for what I've gotten have been worth it as well and I'm more then happy to keep returning if/when I see/find something I'm after that they stock.

Honestly thought I was never going to…
Honestly thought I was never going to see the package I ordered and that this was a scam site, prices were too good to be true. I was absolutely wrong. Absolutely amazed at the customer service and the box arrived so fast to Nz (definitely not the 20-25 days stated). Really stoked and will be purchasing again.

Fantastic Company that delivers to the United Kingdom
This is a genuine company based in Australia. I placed an order for a Trick or Treat mask which was difficult to find in the United Kingdom. It was a good price they kept me updated with the progress of the delivery & it arrived with in 2 weeks & was also packaged really well with bubble wrap & in a box. I would certainly recommend this company & would like to pass on my thanks for a fantastic service.

A Bit of a Puzzle
Brought a 4000-piece jigsaw puzzle was really glad that this company had what l really wanted.
An issue arose with the delivery. They sent a tracking number and a few days later they said it was on the way (I reside in NZ) The tracking seemed seamless until it read “delivered” a few more days later. This had not been delivered and the address was not my residential address but the depot where it supposedly was delivered to. I had doubts if it had entered NZ. I contacted “customer service” and after a conversation regarding my purchase and the non-delivery they quickly sent another 4000 piece jigsaw puzzle. It seemed there was an issue at the warehouse but this was sorted.
Happily l received my puzzle so very very happy.

Wasn't expecting my item to have a customs charge
Wasn't expecting my item to be delivered until Weds 17th and they tried to deliver today so 10/10 for fast delivery from Australia to UK...however I was not at home so they left me a note saying there was a £16 charge for custom duties which I am not happy about...have paid and arranged for it to get delivered Tues....I am just hoping it is not damaged in anyway...
