I ordered Uniqdsn products from this store, i did get what i ordered, however the socks i got were already heavily damaged and broke after washing them, neither gloves nor socks had talc powder on them and when i tried to reach out for compensation of broken wares they never replied to my email.
Later i found out that uniqdsn (and most other producers) cover latex in talc powder to prevent sticking, which makes me think this vendor sells used and potentially stolen products.

Ordered for 1.482,67 EUR and have not got i for 3 years.

I have for many years bought from, and promoted Latex Crazy.
I like the easy to navigate website, easy to modify and the offer of both made-to-measure and chlorimade-to-measure M2M or Chlorination)

But with my last 4 orders:

1.)
about 4 weeks longer production than the websites highest estimated delivery time (and they have a 10 week span between fastest and longest estimated time). Was told they had been sick.

2.)

3.) Order 21445
about 8 weeks longer production than the websites highest estimated delivery time (and they have a 10 week span between fastest and longest estimated time)
The suit had to be sent back immediately for repair
They received the suit on thursday the 22. august at 11.56AM according to the track and trace.
I asked for an update tuesday the 12. november, but have yet to receive a reply.
3 months for a repair and I've yet to be updated.
They promised to reimburse the cost of shipment, but I have yet to receive the reimbursement.

4.) Order 21623
Ordered 3 items paying extra for 30 days delivery.
2 items did arrive on time (a little over 1 week after order 21445 arrived), but the 3rd item didn't arrive.
In my ongoing correspondence with order 21445 i made them aware of this. I did suggest they ship it with the repaired suit, as I thought the repair would only take a few days.
It has now been 4½ months since i paid for my order.

I used to promote this business to everybody.
But I can no longer in good conscience recommend people to buy from this store.

I was made order more then 2,5 years ago and still my orders did't come!!!
I try send lots of e-mail try phone them and no responds from them !!!
Bad company after a paid for orders no more care!!!

The products of latexcrazy are imho of great quality. I had already ordered from them and I am quite happy with the products.

Now I am having a very unconfortable experience with the shop however. I placed a rather big order more than one year ago and still it has not been shipped.

I tried to contact them multiple times via email and phone and their response came in very spargingly saying they would soon ship, in a few weeks, but then they would not ship by the date and not reply to my mails asking for a new delivery date and for the reasons it has has not been shipped.

I am completely aware that custom made latex take time, but in my case, after one year, without responses, I fear that the order will never arrive and that I have been scammed.

I bought a latex catsuit from latexcrazy, the first time I put it on small holes appeared above the chest .. justification, probably a corset worn too tight (the only corset I have arrived below the chest, well away from the two holes). They took it back from me and patched up two patches to seal the holes. second time I put it on, after months of hesitation and fear of damaging it again, the latex broke in exactly the same place and on a bigger one, I don't even know if it's repairable. Suffice to say that the making of the catsuit probably did not follow the dimensions that I had transmitted... I have never bought a latex suit that lasted so little time... it's expensive for two uses.

They made a mistake in production, when I complained they asked me to return item, they would pay for transport. Followed their instructions, but they would not pick up the parcel. They blamed me and postal services, and tock no responsibility. This is a very unprofessional company who has bad routines. If you get something wrong with your product, you can just forget about getting it fixed. I have shopped several products from them, some good, others medium good, but after my last experience, I will never deal with them again.

They will probably also complain about this review, and blame me, as I see they have done with other posts on truspilot. There are better companies out there with better service. Don’t waste your money here!

I write a bad review again because my bad experience, after 4 years, has not finished yet. I buy a catsuit to latexcrazy in august 2018 (order 19168) and paid for it more than 400€, I recieve it in febrary 2019 (3 months later, but this is not thd problem). Because a problem with measurements in crotch they told me that I return it and that they would repare it or make it new. I did it. After they checked the catsuit,they told me it was right (it wasnt, but I dont want to extend me about this now, I explained everything in my other review). To solve the situation I decided to keep the suit and asked latezcrazy the send it back to me again despites the measurements problem. The discussion regard the suit it was right or not taken 1 year more. Since I decide to keep the suit I have sent more than 20 mails to latezcrazy asking they return my suit, but they didnt answer. In my other review they told they did not recieved my mails, so I opened another account but never ever get any answer again. Last 2 years I have been sending more mails, but no answer. Never answer. I just want to finish this nightmare and that latexcrazy send me the suit I bought and I paid, but that I dont have with me. People of latexcrazy, SEND ME THE CATSUIT TO FINISH THIS DISPUTE, otherwise I will have to sue you before the courts. Initially I was very happy with the response of the customer service. During my order they have kept me up to date on the status and any questions were answered in a timely fashion. I ordered a catsuit and a corset both made to measure. The catsuit is amazing, fits very wel, nice quality. The corset not so much, even though it is made to measure, it’s way to big. Fully tightened it is still loose on my waist. I’ve tried contacting customer service about this, but I’m not getting any response anymore.

Back in April 2022, I began talking to the customer service team regarding sizing, options, and other minor questions. Despite the ~8 hour time difference living in the US, they were very quick to respond and answered all my questions. My catsuit was a couple weeks late (despite the Express option) because it had custom options. The catsuit itself fits perfectly because of their answers, and exceeds the quality I expected from them. I will be ordering from them again soon and HIGHLY recommend anyone buying from LatexCrazy.

On 27th January 2020 I placed an order 2 items, paid 357 Euros, and now 648 days later I am STILL waiting for this order. I have e-mailed many many times to chase up this order but I still wait. I have frequently been told “we’ll send it in 3 weeks”, but that never happens. I have also written to Latexcrazy via their web site many times and that often is simply ignored - despite the web site saying they respond in 24 hours. I can only conclude the company has ceased to exist, despite the web site giving an entirely different view. I’ve rather lost hope of ever seeing my money or the two items I ordered.

I have sent a message via LatexCrazy web site with the requested order number on the day they requested it.

Having responded to the request of 4th December and now 8 days later (12th December) have had nothing back from LatexCrazy.

Now almost 2 years since I first placed order number 19750. Their web site is still active so one assumes the company is still in business, so they have effectively stolen my 357 Euros. I have e-mailed many many times and either it is ignored or I receive a promise of delivery in 3 weeks. That never happens. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
January 2023 - after numerous e-mails pestering them I finally got a full refund - I did make a small loss due to exchange rate fluctuations and a PayPal service charge - but overall I’m now happy.

Ordered on August 9, 2020 but haven't received anything yet.
Communication is very bad, almost no response to email.

After more than 12 months of waiting and emailing, the order has finally arrived.

Have ordered several orders in the past and each time the delivery times got longer and longer.
This way one can no longer deal with their customers!!

Made an order 31 Jan, and payd for it. They said that normal delivery time is 6-8 weeks. Was told 4 Feb that the material I ordered did not exist. I then asked to know what material they have. got other suggestions that did not suit me.
Feb 13 I was told the material I wanted was in stock again. March 20, I was told that it was ready and would be delivered next week. But nothing was sent? March 29 I was told (after asking what happens to mine order) that there was a problem with the material ??
After a number of emails and that I constantly have to contact them and ask what happens, I was very tired of them! March 29, I got my money back.
On April 1, I received an email from J** apologized and saying that I could get a 15% discount if I want to continue with the order.
Mars 29 I told J** that if I proceed with the order, I want to see that the goods are ready to be sent before I pay again.
15 april i got information on other materials they have in stock. I change material to what they had in stock.
On April 20, an order was placed with changed materials.S***** say Delivery in about 4-5 weeks and that i can pay with PayPal.
April 21, I told dem for the second time that I pay as soon as I know that they have my order ready to send to me. AS i told J**.
S***** respons by canseling my order!
How nice is that? Customer contact is catastrophically bad!
I ordered and paid on 31 January, today 21 April and received nothing from them. Stay away from this company if you want what you ordered!

Everything I say here I 100% true. You did say 6-8 weeks delivery time. Yes I opened a claim at pay pal when you lied to me about delivery time! Yes you offered me a discount if I chose another colord, and I did. And I had told you if I go on with this order I will pay when it is ready to be shipped.

It's a long story, but at the end, the story finished with the better point.

I saw a nice stuff on their website, and wanted one. I placed an order end of June 2020, and saw I will wait at least 12 mounths. Why not, if it's the time for a good product. After a long time, nothing. I mailed them, telling I will receive my product later. I be patient for 5 mounths.
After a moment, I became mad, after a long time, and Jan saved the complete day with Maria.

I'm sorry if I became mad after 6 mounths. But it's a bit embarrassing to read I wil lreceive my product at the end of the week, and then nothing.

Anyway, with this Covid crisis, be patient.
Really. But the suit is so f* nice !!

I can only rate the company and not the clothing, as neither of my orders arrived.

Order 1 (#19858 - torselette) placed 5/5/20, was dispatched 4/11/20, got stopped in transit 2 days later, and has been frozen in that same place ever since. DHL will only deal with the sender, Latex Crazy will not return my emails.

Order 2 (#19981 - catsuit) placed 13/8/20. I was told on 14/10/20 it was in production and would be posted in 2 to 3 weeks. I haven't been able to get in touch with them since, it is now 8 weeks since the completion date they gave me.

Prior to them breaking contact completely their updates were sporadic and unhelpful, I'm assuming that they have gone out of business seen as I can't even get help with the missing delivery. I have opened Paypal disputes for both orders, and I haven't received a response from Latex Crazy for these either.

Even if they are still up and running, I would suggest giving another company a try...

It's difficult to have a good opinion anymore about Latexcrazy :

My last order was created and paid on the 19th of January 2020. I had also chosen the 30 days Express ( +18% on the price ... ) , and to this date I still havent received it.

Of course, I have tried multiple times to contact them and the responses have been identical to other comments found here on this website : "It will be sent in 2 weeks".

Latexcrazy is a company that would have been at the top if :

1. they improved their communication
2. stopped lying about "ready in 2 weeks"
3. showed more respect to their customers

I asked for a refund but with my order paid in January, Paypal will not help me anymore.

And without any reactions from Latexcrazy to my emails for the past month, I'll simply hope I'll have a refund ...

The shop sent me "an" order but it is not what I had ordered, and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed. It's very bad.

I have placed an order for a catsuit recently and couldn't be happier with it. The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding! I had a few questions prior which the team answered quickly and professionally. It is not easy to find a perfectly fitted custom made catsuit but my expectations have been met above and beyond. I will definitely be ordering again.

TL;DR: Fundamentally the worst business you will ever deal with. Avoid like the plague.

Made my order October 2019. In January, before all the COVID, I asked what the status was on the order, and was told the order was in production and would take 2 to 3 weeks tops. Then the pandemic hit. Despite this, they were more than happy to advertise that they were still in production and accepting orders on their website in March and April. Contacted again in early May for order status and told it would be again, another 2 weeks. 4 weeks later I requested a refund, and no response. I waited a week and informed them that paypal and my credit card company had now been involved to resolve the refund. Two weeks later I receive a message telling me they had no clear latex in stock, but don't worry, they hadn't forgotten about me! Okay, then how was this in production in January? I contacted them a month later to let them know everything had been escalated with my credit card and paypal and wanted a refund still. Quickly got a response to tell me it was ready to ship and would offer me a nice discount on a future order! Told them that I doubted it, and wanted a refund if it was going to be another two weeks or something like usual. I won't even bother ordering from this company even with a discount. Look below. A long line of similar experiences can't be a coincidence. You've been warned. They will take your money and get you your clothes whenever they kind of feel like it... maybe. Poor communication. If you complain, it's the silent treatment! This is the worst business experience I've ever had.

Update: Last I was told by PayPal, the dispute was still under investigation. Checking the case number it is has been closed. You still have not refunded my 39 euros from an add-on I made several months ago. I like your follow-up. Why don't you communicate as expeditiously and thoroughly as you did in this review? It's sad that it took a credit card company, PayPal, and a negative review for you to remember the value of a customer. At least you admitted that you forgot about me.

I ordered a made-to-measurement suit 19 weeks ago. Announced delivery time was 8 to 12 weeks. When I asked for an update after 13 weeks they told me they didn't have my measurements (which I submitted at the time of the order using their online tool) and they had sent me an e-mail about this "some weeks ago" (which I never recieved). I was then told if I submitted my measurements again they would ship within 2 weeks. They confirmed they received the new measurements, but when I asked again after 2 weeks they told me it would take "some days" because some of the staff had been ill. This was more than 3 weeks ago: still no delivery and since then they don't respond to any of my e-mails or messages on their web site. I don't even know if production has started. This is not an acceptable business and commercial practice. They seem to be active on this forum so I hope to get a reaction.

UPDATE: After posting this review, I did get a reaction from them: apologies and a commitment to ship my order by the 31st of July at the latest. We are now 4 days after this deadline (almost 22 weeks since I placed the order) and still nothing: no news, no answer to my request for an update, and of course no shipping. There is really a pattern here.

Hello, I ordered a pair of gloves and a hood that was back in June of this year. Since then I have pursued them with numerous emails with nothing but empty promises and very little communication. Last I was told that my merchandise would be received in about two weeks that was nearly three months ago. The funny thing is I can't get my merchandise but they continue to send me multiple advertisements to my email. Maybe I would consider still doing business with them if I could just receive my order!! My order# is19540.
