Our visit to tienda home, was very good from Start to finish. The assistant Leo, who took us around the shop & helped us choose the mattress we wanted was very helpfull,
The whole process from then on was very efficient, with daily updates via email on the status of our order. The delivery was via email & messenger & arrived on the day & time stated.
We highly recommend this company.

From Gandia store purchase of our sofa with Priscilla to delivery it was a great experience, no complaints, would recommend

Ordered my sofas and was kept updated throughout. They arrived almost 2 weeks before anticipated. They were well packed and the delivery guys set them up and took away my old one. Lovely comfy sofas at a great price

Very helpful sales assistant, even though the store was busy we were looked after extremely well. Constant updates as when the delivery was due, and actually arrived on time. The delivery men where polite and efficient. Overall I would recommend this store.

Tube una incidencia con la base y me la solucionaron bastante rapido. Lo unico es que los plazos de envio son demasiado largos.

5 times promises that the missing cable for our relaxsofa would be delivered in 2-3 days (2x in Finestrat store, 2x via WhatsApp, 1x by email).
In the end it took 14 days to send a missing ‘standard’cable from Villena to Albir by courier 🤦‍♂️

From the start I had good service from the lady in the shop when I bought my armchair to the delivery company. I had one small problem though one of the legs on my armchair was shorter than the other 3. But the home store sent out a repair man straight away and he sorted this out at my home. So first class service from start to finish. And I am really happy with the quality and comfort of my new armchair. I would highly recommend the home store to anyone. Just a first class company.

They were very informative all way through the process of purchasing. Delivery's of the suite was earlier than expected by a couple of weeks. Delivery was smooth and set up of the suit was also done professionally

The entire experience of buying, delivery and assembly was excellent. The sales assistant was charming, friendly and helpful. The delivery arrangements were precise. The delivery drivers were excellent. Assembly was simple and chairs exactly what we wanted and good value

Happy with the sofa bed I got, it’s good quality. Delivery was also very fast.

Very bad, my bed is broken and I try to contact them. I get a WhatsApp with an AI that keeps asking the same question. The at one point an agent comes along and wants more videos and pictures. Then I get again the AI and a notification they will come back in a couple of days. I'm moving house so I dont have time to wait for this nonsense. And I have a broken bed how am I supposed to sleep on top of it. It's very bad quality, I weigh 60kg only slept alone on it, how could it break? How does it hold a person of 120kg or more??
