I was left disappointed by the laundry service. The pick-up was late and the drop-off even later, causing inconvenience during my hotel check-out. Communication was lacking and the attendant's behaviour was unpleasant. Overall, a subpar experience.

I would not recommend Laundry Near me to anyone. Imagine as a Visitor, you have limited time. You entrust this service to pick up and deliver your laundry as promised. I placed my order for a 10-11 am window pick up on Thursday, they didn’t arrive for pick up until 3 pm, which I agreed to since I was still at the hotel. I asked for a drop off of my items on Saturday morning since I needed to check out, I was told the drop off would be between 10-10:30 am and I didn’t receive my items until 12:09 pm. My check out was scheduled for 12:00 pm. Communication was poor and service was sub par. I would also like to mention when finally retrieving the items the attendant was rude when taking the money and handing off my clothing. I will never use or recommend this service.
I have used laundryme twice, first time very good. pick up / drop off within 24 hours. nicely pressed and packed. Second time pick up on time drop off was 9 hours delay. communication to understand where the clothes were was very difficult with no direct comms. The chat service i tried 5 times with no answer, email no answer simply directing me to chat. One shirt came back with 8 holes in but nicely pressed. I won't be using them again

They’ve never let me down. Laundry near me collect one time, deliver on time, and my items are cleaned and pressed to perfection. Always very pleased with their help.
