I would not recommend Laurastar irons…

I would not recommend Laurastar irons based on my recent experience. I was offered a 10% discount code, only to be told it could not be used because the iron I was purchasing (priced at £2,000) already included a free gift. After explaining to the agent that this was disappointing and made me reconsider the purchase, the response I received was simply, “well, it is up to you,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, the customer service did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect when making a premium purchase.

BE VERY VERY CAREFUL- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They took a payment of £2000 from my debit card unauthorised instead of issuing a refund for a faulty product. I wrote to them and sent several screenshots from my bank. They replied saying they are having banking issues and will investigate but acknowledged the mistake. Four months later I still have no resolution and they are now saying there is nothing showing on their end. There is no point calling the customer service team. They are so rude and dismissive and will not transfer the call to anyone to investigate. During the last call the customer service person hung up on me and did not answer again after several calls. The reality is they have stolen a lot of money and wil not refund this. Not only are the products faulty and do not function properly but they also take money from your account if you use a card to make the payment which they keep on file by the way. Please be very cautious when choosing to purchase from this company. There are so many bad reviews about the company, customer service and products they sell. Now they are also taking unauthorised payments which is entirely illegal.

Terrible design and NO customer service

Got the IGGI online end of Nov last year, the cap got stuck after 2 months, got it fixed but less than 3 months the cap got stuck again. Requested for replacement, waited 10 days for collection then another 1.5 months with nothing happened( they said they will replace a new one after they collected it!), traced up constantly but CS stopped reply after they collected it. The product definitely has design issue and so disappointed with the company as spent a fortune on it and even bought another one as a gift! Now I can’t be bother with replacement I just want a full refund! no idea if it is a scam or not or if they even bother to reply!

Very disappointed in the Laurastar…

Very disappointed in the Laurastar iron, expensive and over £400 lasted only 4 years and got a fault. Was advised by the company it can be repaired for far less than a new one. That was not true, repair costs same as a new one. Misleading information, expensive product with a very short lifespan, have had cheaper irons last longer. Avoid at all costs

Dissapointed,
Ordered a new steam iron, and they just sent me a tracking number, without actually getting the package to DPD yet.

im just sitting waiting for nothing.
fantastic products , but poor service, poor gaurantee service.

as i had a faulty old laurastar steam iron which was 9yrs old, and they said still under 10yrs warrantee, that i still need to pay 200 pounds,-thats half price of a new one in my opinion .
this is why i decided to buy a new one, and i still have to wait endlessly

i should have just went with another company
