Brilliant customer service from Amy. I missed the return date by a couple of days (was away on holiday and hadn't realised it was 14 days) and after contacting customer service, Amy advised me on this occasion I could still return for a full refund. It's rare these days for retailers to be so understanding and helpful - well done Lavish Alice!

False promises. Slow delivery
Paid an extra £7 for a dress next delivery. Never turned up on time. Obviously blaming courier even though i wasn’t given a tracking order. Not the first time had poor experience.. Terrible for an alleged premium brand where the dresses are expensive.

I am disabled and had a problem with one of my returns. I spoke to Amy at customer services and she was so kind and helpful. I will be ordering here again with such good customer service x

Bought 2 dresses and was charged full price when they were actually in the sale on the website Contacted customer service and was speaking with a lovely girl called Rachael who went above and beyond to help us take back the size that didn’t fit and refund the difference in price of the dress we kept.

10/10 no notes an a breath of fresh air to deal with such a responsive and reasonable customer service advisor!

I have ordered from Lavish Alice for many years and have always loved the design and quality of their dresses. My husband ordered me a dress for Christmas which did not suit me but we were travelling and I missed the 14 day returns window. Rachael in the customer service team was incredibly helpful and quick to respond and very kindly gave me an extension to make the return.

Such an amazing service! 2 beautiful dresses, one I kept the other I sent back and was worried it hadn’t got back to Lavish Alice as no updates from Royal Mail. I emailed and the responses were rapid from Rachael, great service and lovely lady! X

I made an error in my order and Racheal in customer service was so nice about it, she arranged a refund and even refunded the delivery fee when it was my error. She replied straight away and was so kind to me. I’ll certainly be purchasing from here again, not received good service in a long time so thank you ❤️

Unfortunately I had to return my dress as it was too big and mistakenly sent another return using the same QR code. Rachael at customer services was fantastic and kept an eye out for my incorrect return and sorted it out to return to me. She really was amazing and so helpful.
