I had never heard of this website until I was about to take advantage of House of Frazer's "20% off full price items" sale to buy some Freya bikini bottoms to match a Freya top I already owned. I just chanced to check whether anywhere had it cheaper, and Lazeme came up at HALF the sale price (HoF: £16, Lazeme: £8). I was a bit concerned when I couldn't see any delivery info on the product page, but turns out that's because delivery is FREE. Not only that, they even splashed out on 1st class post. Really unsure how the owner is making any sort of profit while providing such insane value. The product is definitely genuine as the labels match the top I bought in John Lewis last year.

This was the first time I used this company and ordered a Fantasie bra with matching briefs. After ordering I thought I really should have read reviews first, so I came on this website to have a look. The first review I read was so bad, items were not in stock etc., I was kicking myself that I didn’t look beforehand. HOWEVER, having placed my order on 15 January it arrived, exactly as I ordered, on 18 January. So, from my experience and in my opinion, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I purchased a bra that the website claimed was 'In stock' and then the following day I received this message from them:

'We are writing to update you on your order for a Fantasie Helena bra in Nude. We had hoped to have received stock of this item from Fantasie but on checking today it would appear that the item is currently in manufacture and they can't give us a specific delivery date. This could take longer than 2 months. We are very sorry about this and can't always predict when this will happen. Please will you let us know if you would like to choose something else from our website. We do have the bra available in Black or White as an alternative. Kind regards, Lazeme Customer Services'

They are clearly selling items that they do not keep in stock and only order them in from the manufacturer when a customer places an order for a item.

I was very annoyed as I only ordered the bra from them as the website clearly displayed 'In Stock' for the bra which was a total lie. I left a 1 star review for this company on their website which they have removed. So not only do they sell items they do not keep in stock but they also remove any sort of negative feedback, choosing only to display 4/5 reviews. So don't be mislead by their 5 star feedback, it false!

Nice bras at good discounted prices. Good delivery and well packaged with great returns from the uk. Better than a lot of bra companies I have ordered from and always get back to ypu with queries quickly.
