I can't believe it how well this actually has worked, I was abit sceptical at first but honestly I have noticed the hair on my face and arms doesnt grow back as fast or as thick - A real confidence booster for me!

After some online watching of these kind of products and getting a small discount code I bought this for my partner, 2 months later and no more hair on the lips for her, showing signs after 2 weeks of use, very good buy from laziskin, 5 stars.

I bought the Handheld IPL Laser Hair Removal, which didn't have any effect after using for the time they specified waiting for before they'd accept returns. Soon before it ended the device suddenly stopped running at all. Sending it back was difficult and involved taking a video of the device not working, reiterating that I wanted a refund and not a replacement, and waiting weeks for a couple of emails and chasing them up before I got a reply. One of those was after I'd been sent a return address and let them know I'd returned it, only after which they told me to send them proof of postage. I did, and after that I received the refund.

Loving mine so far. I saw results during week 3 and on week 6 now and even less hair growing back even in areas where hair was lighter. I've had tonnes and tonnes of questions answered from them too so top marks for customer service. Have also recommended to a few friends.

I placed an order Sunday morning but read reviews on here which put me off so Sunday afternoon i emailed them to cancel the order knowing it would not have been despatched so its easier to cancel. Monday morning i got a reply to say i cannot cancel the order as it was being processed, which is ludicrous i am within my rights to cancel an order i placed and paid for. I emailed to say i will not be accepting delivery and will be returning it. I then looked on the website at the return/refund policy and in red wording at the bottom it states any orders that are refused delivery and notified to them a refund will not be given!! Again this is outrageous so i have emailed back to say i will accept delivery then i will return the item that i asked to cancel before it was despatched. I will be reporting them to trading standards this is unfair.

After reading all the positive reviews and comments also decided to buy it not just one but 3 of us. I have already used it once in the face, .. Can't wait to use it again and try all the other areas too.., Excited for the results. Very Easy to use loving it so far.. Amazing price highly recommended.

SCAM!!! THEY HAVE STOPPED COMMUNICATION AFTER THE FIRST EMAIL, I WISHED TO GIVE THAT PIECE OF PLASTIC BACK, I PAID £89 AND IT BURNT MY SKIN!!! I ASKED THEM FOR A REFUND THEY HAVE HIDDEN AWAY. I REPORTED THEM TO HMRC AS SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I BELIEVE ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THIS PRODUCT IS DANGEROUS, IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY ATTESTATION, I SHOULD TAKE THEM TO COURT FOR SELLING A PIECE OF PLASTIC THAT DAMAGES YOUR SKIN WHICH I AM STILL CONSIDERING. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL SAVE MONEY AND YOUR HEALTH.

Great alternative to hair clinic treatment, and more convenient at the comfort of home. The skin felt much smoother after a few sessions. I mainly use it for removing the hair around lower part of the body. I found the automatic mode very helpful so I don't have to press the button repeatedly. It can get harm and cause some redness to the area but it's gone quicky, just apply some hydratating cream after. Effective and easy

Open and honest review. Item arrived quickly and presented well. I suffer with pcos and have been epilating my skin for years 😪 I needed a more permanent option and couldn't afford lazer. I purchased this in May and have religiously been using it weekly on my face. It has taken until now 5 to 6 months that I am seeing drastic results! It is changing my life and confidence. I think if you buy this as a long term part of your beauty regime and have realistic expectations of it not solving your problems in a few weeks then you won't be disappointed. You need patience and perseverance and the rest will come. I use the highest setting on my face and neck/chin area and it doesn't hurt at all. I dont even get red marks or anything.

Got this shortly after lockdown as I could not go to my usual laser clinic. Surprised to see it worked almost as well as a professional laser clinic! I started seeing less hair after 2 treatments. Would recommend this.

I’ve had it for around 6 months now, I wanted to give it a good time period to see if it actually worked: It doesn’t. It’s a waste of money. After looking further into lazi skin, the device is bought in wholesale of ali express for really cheap and all lazi skin have done is whack a logo into it and their packaging. Loads of brands has done the same and lazi skin have not inflated their price as much as other brands but it’s still a huge rip off and waste of money. Also my delivery took around 1.5 months. I spoke to the two brothers that own the company, as well as their ‘customer service’ team and they were rude and unhelpful.

Received my product a couple days ago after very quick shipping. The results are great, after my third treatment leg hair growth had slowed down significantly.

Horrendous item does not do as instructed it stops working as I'm using it have to turn it off and back on again restart. It came faulty have given it time too work as instructed by laziskin, I have sent back customer service is extremely poor prolonging a refund and tried loads of excuses to stop me from sending back for refund. Do not waste your money on this.

Finally hair free. Its so easy to use and so effective. Lightweight as well.

I bought this at the start of lockdown and it’s made such a difference. I use it once a week, easiest thing to use and doesn’t hurt. I now have a lot less hair growing in the areas I needed it for. I couldn’t fault it.

This product overheats and burns your skin it gets very hot after seconds of turning it on so can not use waste of money I'm hoping I get a refund

Easy to use, soft on the skin and price competitive. All in all very good and leaving me nice and smooth ;)
