Great workmanship, poor comms & service
Fantastic quality and good workmanship.
Poor communication and poor customer service.
Sales team were great, installers could maybe do with some hospitality training.
Keep your eye on the spec aswell, the installers tried to fob me off with substandard/lower cost accessories, and disputed my even ordering of the higher cost/quality kit, even though it was on the Job sheet. Not a good look.
5 stars to Steph, though - really friendly and helpful with making decisions etc.

Rebecca was great and extremely friendly. The fitters on the other hand were the worst. Their aim was to get the job done and run out as quick as possible. My radiator in my toilet was left damaged by the fitter with paint being scraped off which i spotted once the fitters had left my home. I emailed lazy carpets and they just denied the whole thing saying it was probably there from before. Their communication was slow and there was no ownership of what they had done. In the end they told me to take £10 as compensation which i refused as I had paid close to £600 for the job and just wanted the radiator repaired. AVOID this company as they use awful fitters and if you are left with an issue you'll have the worst after care.

Absolutely love our new carpet! Ian who did our initial visits to.choose the carpet was informative and responsive. The two fitters contacted me ahead of time, were polite and virtuous. Carpet was fitted in around an hour and looks great! Also around £100 less than what we were quoted by another local carpet shop. Would definitely recommend and will be using Lazy carpets again to fit out 2 bedrooms 😊

Excellent customer service.
I've had a stair carpet and bathroom flooring supplied and laid by Lazy Carpets in the past 6 months. In each case Linda, the salesperson, visited me and showed me a range of samples. The fitters then came a couple of days later and fitted my chosen product expertly and in very quick time. I'm delighted with the results and would definitely use Lazy Carpets again.

Had laminate flooring fitted yesterday…
Had laminate flooring fitted yesterday in a dining room and living room. I am beyond delighted with the whole experience from Lynn measuring up and giving me a cost to it being fitted within a week. The friendly fitters did a fast and amazing job keeping me informed at all times. They neatly bagged up my old carpets so I could easily discard them and they cleaned up after the job leaving my home spotless. The full cost was very reasonable I expected it to be more. The company kept me updated about my appointment with text messages which was very helpful, I am beyond thrilled and wont go anywhere else for future flooring.

Returning customer due to excellent service.
I had lazy carpets when I first moved in in January 2024...I decided to go back to them again to fit my small conservatory and re do my kitchen as I had changed my colour scheme in there
Ian the measurer is such a lovely guy,really good with my dog and very knowledgeable.
He was running late due to a motorway accident and informed me of this which is really good of him many don't bother.
The 2 men who came to fit my floor were really hard working and polite.they did a fantastic job on such small places.
The lady who I spoke to enquire a fitting and the courtesy call the day after was very friendly aswell.
I would use and recommend lazy carpets to anyone I know for sure.

Experience from the start was extremely easy and straightforward, from choosing the flooring and being informed of all the important details and costs with no hidden fees - to fitting, which was sublime. The flooring fitters were exceptional, expected it to take hours and it was super quick with amazing results. Laminate is super high quality, very warm and looks amazing, will not use any other company for my flooring again! Extremely happy for the price we paid!

Great company from start to finish Ian turned up when he said he would and brought me an array of samples to choose from, we booked the dates for fitting there and then and fitter has turned up when he said he would 😁
I’ve had six rooms done and stairs and landing done and we arranged it over 3 sitting just to ease the upheaval of all rooms emptied at once and that worked very well
I’m very happy with my carpets they look wonderful and I would recommend Lazy Carpets to anyone reasonably prices too

Happy Wife, Happy Life!
My wife and I had our new kitchen flooring installed today and we are so blown away by how lovely it now looks.
From booking, to installation, we have had a great experience. Their representative visited us at home to complete the measurements and show us the samples - free of charge. From that the office team were in touch and helped with all aspects of the order.
Right through to fitting today, everyone has been exceptionally friendly and professional.

Excellent service start to finish!
Excellent service throughout. This is the second time I have used Lazy carpets. I had my carpets done in the bedrooms and hall and stairs, and then I have had my flooring done downstairs. Both times I had a great quote, with various options and different price ranges to choose from, along side a great range of colours and styles of flooring and carpets.
They got in touch the day before to let me know the time they would be arriving and the guys arrived on time and got to work straight away. I paid a very small fee for them to remove and reinstall the washing machine and to move the heavy fridge freezer, which I thought was a fantastic ad on. Very happy with the work they have done. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
