It's now 3/8 and still didn't receive it.
DPD won't take it to a pick up point.
Ridiculous
I was at home waiting for DPD,my delivery window was 8am to 12pm, I received a message at 11.43am saying sorry we missed you, the photos were of a cul de sac in another area of Wolverhampton they didn't even try to deliver it. So no I didn't miss it.
I received another message at 12.51pm saying the same. So what's going on then??
I immediately forwarded the photos and message to you via email please check!
I have all messages, emails, photos as evidence.
Please don't make out I was in the wrong as I was waiting for the delivery.
DPD messed up massively!

Unfortunately, after two failed delivery attempts, the battery is now being returned to us. Our courier options are limited when it comes to the transportation of lithium batteries.
Our Hereford store will be in touch shortly to arrange a prompt refund or discuss an alternative solution with you.
Due to the nature and value of the goods we supply, DPD require a signature upon delivery. Unfortunately, this means they are unable to leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or redirect it.
