I was on business in Worcester and decided to pop into The London Camera Exchange to enquire about a Nikon Z6iii. Derek was very knowledgeable & helpful as were all the staff. I have now purchased the camera and would definitely recommend this store to anyone.,

Fantastic customer service and incredibly knowledgeable staff. Why else would I drive for one hour to then park my car and walk for a mile to go to this shop.
I have had long conversations over the phone and in the shop with Alex & Derek who are incredibly helpful. I spoke to Russ a couple of weeks ago about the reason why I had taken some disappointing photos and he very kindly spent twenty minutes explaining my possible mistakes over the phone. After some significant purchases in March they have just helped my son buy an amazing camera with a great lens for a good deal. To Alex, Derek and Russ - a huge thank you from me!

I was looking for a reasonably priced pair of binoculars. Over a number of visits I was unhurriedly shown and described three ranges which varied in both quality and price. I was given sufficient easy to understand technical information across each range which enabled me to make a decision. I explained my rationale and was given further helpful information to confirm and sometimes modify my choice. After a period of deliberation I returned and again was given helpful advice. After several return visits I finally made a decision to buy likely the pair that were originally recommended for my needs.

Bought a Nikon D90 to replace one with a broken rear screen. The camera is in excellent condition and works perfectly. Bought at the weekend the camera arrived on Tuesday. Well packaged.

I saw the lens advertised and ordered it, the lens was in better condition than advertised, arrived on time and in good condition. Sadly the lens didn't live up to my hopes, so called the guys at Worcester, they could not have been more helpful in me returning the lens or the help given when ordering the lens.

Excellent service. I bought a secondhand Nikon D90 and lens from LCE Worcester and both perfect items and very good delivery.

Came in to generally ask about cameras (as a novice at photography), and to see what options are available and would suit my needs. George (Worcester branch) was very helpful and spoke with me at length for the time I was in the store, taking me few a variety of lens and camera body recommendations, and generally provided great insight at various technical levels. Ended up purchasing a used (however very good condition) Sony A6400, with another lens, for what seems to be a perfectly reasonable price from what I've seen online. He also threw in the camera bag I was looking at for free (used, only £5, but perfectly good condition and suitable for my needs).

Again, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, making time to give advice and options.
