I bought tickets for family in July 2024 for event in Belfast, was then rescheduled from January 2025 to July 2025. I did not receive a refund. I strongly advise that you do not book any tickets that are associated with LCWW as it’s a scam!

Do not buy tickets from this organisation- they cancel events at very short notice and without notification. Haven't heard anything about a refund - which seems to be the case for most customers that bought tickets.

Bought tickets for event in Belfast, was then rescheduled from January 2025 to July 2025, turned up to a sign on door saying “Cat show cancelled” no emails, nothing!! I’ve sent emails to various different companies this man appears to be associated with to try and get a refund, no reply. Then commented on Facebook page and messaged to just get deleted! After investigations it seems this is happening to a hell of a lot of people! This is a pure scam! Do not book any tickets that are associated with LCWW as it’s a scam!

No communication from company, apart from deleting negative posts.

Had tickets booked for event in January, this didn't go ahead and we had no email to say it was cancelled. Tickets were then transferred to a 'rescheduled'date July 19-20th.

After research to see if this event was still going ahead before another wasted journey I found it was cancelled as well. Have sent emails to numerous email addresses and had no response. Have commented on Facebook and now been blocked from commenting on their page.

This company is taking money not only from people like myself, but from charities who pay deposits to have stalls. Many of them are yet to receive refunds as well.

I am owed £125 for tickets and doubt I will receive it.

Bought tickets for Belfast show in January...cancelled....was to be on this weekend and by chance noticed it was .....cancelled. Four tickets bought and it looks like we won't get our money back if I go by the reviews! Sooooo disappointed 😭

Bought tickets last year for the Loving Cats event in Jan this year, it was cancelled and rescheduled until this weekend. Went up today expecting it to be on and nothing, a closed venue nothing. I received no emails about any venue change or the fact it was cancelled. Ive emailed different addresses, one has bounced. I doubt I'll be getting a refund somehow.

Similar to other experiences across the UK, this company rescheduled the Belfast event, then changed venues, then cancelled last minute. It all feels very suspicious, like an elaborate scam attempt - hold on to people's money for as long as possible by messing about with scheduling then cancel. This organisation needs to be fully investigated by the authorities.

Emailed 4 days in advance to say the cat show is cancelled. I booked accommodation and no mention of when refund will be issued. I think this is a scam as they seem to have a track record of arranging cat shows and cancelling with little notice.

I received an email on April 21 about the cancellation of the Pleasanton cat show that promised a refund in 60 days. I've emailed several times requesting the refund and it has not been processed.

Still waiting for my money back for a cancelled show 6 months ago. I entered my cats, booked a hotel only to find out that the event is cancelled. Every attempt to get my money back from this company so far failed.

The company wrote explaining why refunds were delayed and now the refunds are starting to come through. I’ve received mine back into my bank now. The company has been through some torrid times recently - Not least because of a concerted and highly personal campaign to discredit their founder. This didn’t help ticket sales this year and resulted in cancellations. They could easily have gone bust with no chance of refunds but they are holding on and doing their best.

Owner should be sued and imprisoned. Scam scam scam! Luckily I booked using a credit card and got a charge back but I also received the email about receiving a refund within 60 days but nothing has happened since. They're saying that they have cash flow issues but why have they spent all our money already?!

They cancelled the event without notifying buyers. I reached out because the event was removed from their website days before I was supposed to go. They didn’t respond until the day of and said it was cancelled. I had to call the venue to find out. They said they would send me a refund (this was back in March) and I still have not received it. DO NOT purchase anything from them. They have a history of cancelling events right before the date and do not give out refunds.

They cancelled an event and stated a refund would occur within 60 days. It’s been over 60 days and I still haven’t received a refund. When I reached out, they said they were still working on issuing it. I don’t understand why it takes so long and seems highly unusually and scammy.

Horrible experience. They robbed us of £200 which was meant to be on shows in London. What they did is changed the event location last minute and then fully cancelled. Were told to customer service and were ignored. So now cannot attend an event and lost £200 as we were hoping to use a lifetime ticket which is not the case.

I had a very poor experience with Loving Cats Worldwide (LCWW). I am still waiting for a refund, and all attempts to contact the company via email were ignored.

When I reached out politely via Instagram to try and get support, I was blocked — no explanation, no help, just silence.

To make matters worse, I was included in a mass email with dozens of other customers, exposing all of our email addresses. This is a clear data protection breach and has not been properly acknowledged or addressed.

The company’s recent communications have been highly unprofessional — focusing on personal grievances and accusations instead of taking responsibility for unfulfilled refunds and the mishandling of sensitive information. Many people have been affected, and customer concerns continue to be deflected or dismissed.

I’ve now been left with no choice but to escalate this through the appropriate consumer and data protection channels. I would strongly caution others against engaging with this organisation until these serious issues are resolved.

Please avoid at all times! They have cancelled the event on 13 March 2025 for the event which was supposed to be in Bristol on 5-6 April 2025. According to their policy, you need to wait 60 days for refunds to be processed automatically, and now it is June already, and they still have not issued me a refund!

Like many others I bought tickets for a UK event (Bristol) that got cancelled and I've been given the run around since. Copy and paste email responses and it's been well over 60 days their policy states for a refund. Unfortunately, it looks like many of us have been scammed.
I'm not entirely convinced these events are even real given the laughable response I received when requesting a refund update.
I would advise anyone looking to book tickets to one of their events to think again.

These guys cancelled a cat show less than a week before it took place. (Glad I didn't book travel arrangements!)
I requested a refund and they responded that it would take 60 days. It's now been 90 days and they still haven't issued a refund and don't respond to my inquiries.
I suspect they're deliberately exploiting kind-hearted cat lovers as the type of customer who's easy to rip off and won't make a fuss.
