First off all let me say that Im very happy with the work you did, tell your man that he did a great job,everithing nice and clean a professional job, very satisfied use it every day, my wife was scared at first but now she is used to it, your Starir Lift is great. Thank you.

You have salesman that informed us very well. Your installers were polite and neat in doing their job. We are glad we talked to the company.

As soon as we told the rep we were not making a decision that day he pretty much packed up and left. No written estimate… their loss.

One week after having a representative come to my home and give me a written and signed quote along with an installation date, I was informed that the representative had underestimated the price by $500 and was given the option of agreeing to the new price or to be let out of the contract. With the situation I was in, I agreed to the new price. The only positive issue out of this was the speed they were able to install the lift. Thank you Clint!! My wife loves it and I am happy with the stair lift.

People who work for your company are knowledgeable and very polite.

2 day project took 10 days. Installed wrong items. Fraudulent documents created by company and did not give terms agreed upon. Avoid this company at all cost!!

Installation of this product was subpar to say the least. The salesman was wonderful. The actual product is great. But the installation is done as a do it yourself. They did not hide the electrical. They just have the cords across the step and hang down a wall. I would not recommend using this company due to their installation.

We mistakenly thought the chair would move at the landings automatically, not manually. Unfortunately, at the top landing, it is not safe for my wife to operate the chair. She needs help in order not to have a mishap and fall down the stairs. The chair otherwise operates beautifully up and down. I wish it didn't require as much space on the stair case as it does, as it makes it difficult to move some other items up and down.

i was having issues with my stair lift but thanks to Chris (installation manager) and Zae (professional installer) they were able to fix the issues. They were extremely helpful, courteous, experienced and made me feel like I really mattered to them. I talked to Chris in the afternoon and Zae was out the same day and had the lift fixed in a couple of hours. This is an extremely professional company with employees that truly care. I would highly recommend them and their services to all that need mobility assistance.

We had a great install for our chairlift. The sales rep Ali did an amazing job explaining about Leaf Home Services and our chair lift. When Ali left we felt like family. The actual install went smoothly. Thom did a great job and after he was finished he made sure he explained the use and care of our new chairlift. He also had myself and my husband tryout our new chairlift.

The saleswoman and the installer were both great. They were knowledgeable and conducted their jobs in an efficient manner. We were instructed in the use and upkeep in a very understandable way. We've been enjoying it!!!

I have the technician out here to replace the batteries two times. The machine has quit on us, while we are in the middle of the staircase. I have had to turn it off and turn it back on about 50 times to get my wife up to the top. I am very disappointed in the operation of this machine. It appears that something is shorting out the batteries. We may get two uses from this machine before it shuts down. Will you please provide us with a new machine

Trying to get a service technician to look at a problem is difficult. I called 5 times just to finally have contact with the customer service group. This is totally a installation problem. There appears to be bolts that were not torqued correctly. Other than that my wife loves the unit.

See my Google review. My grab bar STILL isn't fixed. Your representative said he would charge me $200 to fix a problem that is covered under warranty. Shady business practices!

From the initial call from your agent, through the site survey and estimate, I was impressed with the courtesy extended to me. No pressure at anytime. Then, when it was installation time, the contracted installer, Jordan, was efficient, informative and friendly. We chatted the entire time he worked. The installation was exacting, and he cleaned up his excess packing material. It was an overall pleasant experience. And the stairlift works very well.
