For the first time in a long time, our water tastes great! We’ve been drinking bottled water for years and I’ve always thought about getting a new filtration system. We had an old, small system that was put in about 30 years ago and was not effective anymore.

We saw an ad for Leaf Home Water Solutions on Facebook and called them to see what they had that might help us. Rob, one of their sales people, came over the same day we calledand showed us exactly what they had and what could fit our needs. We signed up and scheduled our installation.

Will, a crackerjack installer, came out the next week and put in our system. He was friendly and personable and told us exactly what he was doing. He was finished in a little over an hour and gave us instructions on how to proceed. Three hours later we were drinking clear water and loving it!

We also met Jack, the service manager, who visited us to check on the installation and to make sure that we were happy. Again, he was friendly and personable, and gave us some tips about how to make the system work well for us.

We are so happy that we went ahead and ordered and installed the system. No more bottled water or water jugs for us.🙂

I waited about a month to give this review. I must say that I am very pleased with the system. My wife's hair and skin are so much better after getting the softener installed. We have well water and the hardness along with the acidic water was causing my wife to have inflammation. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient. We didn't purchase same day but he wasn't pushy. 2 days later we got a neutralizer and softener installed and I can really tell the difference now. Satisfied customer!

My 91 year old father purchased a water treatment system from Leaf Home Water Solutions and was installed on 7/16/2025. The system was sold as a solution for odor in his well water.
Immediately after installation the hot water developed a strong rotten-egg odor and discoloration that had not existed before. The system made the problem worse.
There have been 3 tech visits. During the first visit the tech replaced water jets and increased the backwash schedule and although he stated something was wrong with the system, stated that he was not authorized to correct. Subsequent visits involved adjustments and reprogramming of the system but the odor and discoloration remain.
The installation also caused the well pump to run excessively causing an average electric bill to go from $110 to $472. The electric company sent a tech to evaluate and determined that the well pump was pulling 35 amps. Because of this my 91 year old father has to turn the pump on and off to keep it from running constantly.
We sent a certified letter requesting removal of the system and a full refund after numerous attempts of resolution and the company has ignored us and no longer returns phone calls.
Previously my father had a "WaterBoss" system for 15 years that only needed replacing because of normal wear and tear.
After now 8 months of unsuccessful attempts my father is requesting removal and a full refund. He is also following up with Sheriff's dept regarding elder fraud.

The installer was courteous and efficient. He explained everything and left no mess behind. I would definitely recommend this installer (wustl02263) (customer #) and this company. Unit was installed about 3 weeks ago, no issues so far. What a change in our water !

Initial assessment to complete install in less than a week. Jeff and Tyler are both very professional and made the whole process flawless.

What a great experience with Leaf. We were experiencing real problems with hard water from our well. Lots of discoloration on sinks and showers and just uncomfortable water residues on skin. Leaf came out, explained the program, got in installed in one day. Our water has completely changed for the better and the stains in tubs as sinks are disappearing. Patrick did a super job from start to finish. Explained everything as he went along. Patiently answered my questions and I had a lot. Cleaned up. Leveled the shed. I’m happy

Had a sales person come out to quote a unit for my 1700 sf home. Guy was polite and professional seemed to know his job and water. Price started at $7700 told him I had quotes and he was the highest so far. He acted around and lowered cost to $5500. Ask for a signature today and I told him I was giving all places till Tuesday to come in on prices. He says hold on and calls his so called boss talking to him he starts saying that he wants to give me a today only price. I told him to watch out what he is doing but he continued. Quoted me $4250 today only deal and I told him he was done gather his stuff up I was pissed off over that high pressure tactic. He left gave me a quote of $5000 anytime quote. I don't like high pressure tactics and will not do business with anyone who uses them.

Alex Carrazlo the installer of the system was prompt and very courteous. He removed the old salt system and installed the new two container system in 90 minutes.

The entire process couldn't have been better.

The worst customer service in the world. I had an appointment on Monday. Cancelled without notice. Then I was given another appointment on Tuesday. And again, cancelled without notice. Things are not as Mr. Smith Tommy described (407)xxxx073

Where do I even start?

When the sales representative came out to give me an estimate, we agreed on exactly where the new system would be installed. I was also told they would help remove my old system. However, when the plumber arrived for installation, he said they do not remove old systems and that I would need to help him. It turned into a complete mess.

On top of that, the system couldn’t be installed where I originally wanted because the brine chemicals couldn’t be moved at the time. We didn’t want to risk getting hurt, so the installation was delayed. It then took another 3–4 months for them to return and reinstall the system in the proper location — after I personally handled removing the brine myself.

When they finally came back, they failed to properly reset and regenerate the system. Now my water smells like sulfur with a strong rotten egg odor. The smell is throughout my entire house. My sinks, tubs, and toilets are stained and damaged, and my dishwasher has been ruined because the system was not started correctly.

After waiting another two months, they came back to regenerate it, but now I’m being told it could take 7–15 days — possibly up to 20 days — for the sulfur smell to leave my home.

The lack of communication, delays, poor installation, and customer service have been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company. My experience has been disappointing from start to finish.

We bought our system back in 2023. We had high chlorine and very hard water. My wife was having issues with her hair and skin. My son was having eczema flair ups. Once we had our system installed, their issues resolved and we now have clean water to drink and bathe in. We have had our annual service done every year and it is working great. Leaf Home stands behind their products and services.

Ray and Daniel Davis were consummate professionals. Very knowledgeable of the products and installation was a breeze.

My installer Wyatt from the Indiana office was incredible. He drove 4 hours to install my system do to a schedule mishap in my local market. His work was incredible… clean organized water lines and drainage lines. I’m talking a real professional job well done. A complete gentleman to top it off! He then turn back around to drive 4 hours home to complete 2 more jobs the following day.

Because it will turn itself back on! How much Crushed Salt I need to add and how often. He also explained that my particular system will clean itself every 14 days. I only need to add some salt every so often.
