I was lucky enough to have Dustin come for our first yearly checkup. He was so knowledgeable, clearly answered all my questions, handled the problems we had and gave me his personal contact for any questions or issues going forward. He has been faithful in answering any texts, questions and requests I've sent his way since. This guy deserves to go far.

As far as the system, we are nearly 3 years in and happy with our purchase. The first year was confusing as something had clogged and water was not actually cycling through our softner (a problem that Dustin fixed) and we did not remember being told that a yearly checkup would be required, but beyond those things the system is working wonderfully. We love our RO, which has, frankly, made us water snobs.

Brad Hoke is an outstanding technician for Leaf. He was prompt, courteous, personable, and highly knowledgeable. His work was meticulous and perfectly suited for the chosen space. He provided expert instruction on the components and operation of the water treatment system. I am completely satisfied with the system and service.

The interaction with Richard McKean was entertaining and extremely informative. He is knowledgeable, answers every question and very experienced. We learned much about specific problems in our water. Well worth our time even if we did not buy a solution to our problems...but we did. We felt very good about our decision to buy from Leaf Home Water Solutions.
However, during and after our installation experience with Brad Hoke, we felt even better! This is the kind of person anyone would welcome into their home. An absolute matchless expert at what he does, and a truly amazing professional. We could not be more pleased with this whole experience. They came to the house, tested the water. They were very knowledgeable. We learned a lot.
Their installation was fast, made sure that everything was to your liking and very polite and respected the property

Brandon worked with me to put the conditioner and salt tank where I wanted it. I/ we had to do a little plumbing work but it worked out fine.

I have a 50 gpd under sink ro system. I am trying to change out the filters but can not find them anywhere. Leaf Home Water solutions informs me that they do not sell the part to service their systems. I can schedule a technician to come out and service my unit for $198 and every year for eternity. I do not need a technician, only the filters. This was never mentioned when the unit was ordered. If it were there would have been no sale.

Alex Rosario did the install yesterday of a complete water purification system. Excellent work and I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend for water softening, carbon filter and UV filtration.

Leaf Home Water Solutions LLC misled me during the installation and sale of a water filtration system in my home. The company’s actions have resulted in significant financial loss, poor product performance, and inadequate customer support.
On November 18, 2025, Leaf Home Water Solutions installed a water filtration system under misleading circumstances. Despite my explicit request for a salt-free system, the company installed a salt-based filtration system without my consent while I was not at home. After discovering this, I immediately contacted the operations manager, Mr. Matthew Muxlow, to request a replacement with the correct salt-free model. Unfortunately, Mr. Muxlow refused to address my concerns or offer a resolution.
Since the installation, the water quality has worsened rather than improved. The total dissolved solids (TDS) level increased from under 150 ppm to over 400 ppm, and the chlorine level has also risen significantly. This indicates that the installed system is underperforming and failing to provide basic water filtration benefits as advertised.
In addition, I was charged $5,800, a price that appears substantially higher than the market rate for comparable systems. I believe this overcharge and misleading sales process constitute an unfair and deceptive business practice. The company has also failed to follow up, inspect the water quality, or provide any remedy despite multiple requests.
I respectfully advise people to beware and study any transaction with this company carefully.

Beautiful install and set up Mike did a wonderful job was very nice and friendly answered any questions we had and just all out a great job 110% recommend leave and Mike to do the install

my installer Victor Brown did an awesome job and I felt completely comfortable and satisfied with everything that he did. He had extensive knowledge of the entire process and was able to explain everything so that it made perfect sense. It was a great experience!!

Let me just start off by saying terrific! Right from the salesman, Michael, which explained everything about the product the water he was very knowledgeable and cleared to understand. That as the installation came, which was quick our install a pool was exceptional not only kind understanding and a terrific mechanic. He knew how to do it all… to summon up very pleased

I purchased a LeafFilter Home Water Solutions water softener on 12/7/24, and it has already failed twice due to clogging. This is unacceptable.
My previous water softener worked for 10 years without a single issue, having repeated breakdowns within months, is beyond frustrating. A brand-new, premium-priced system should not clog repeatedly, especially when the old system on the same water supply never did.
If you are considering this system, be aware that reliability has been a serious issue for me. I deeply regret this purchase.

I have installed this leaf home water solution and it is a horrible product which gives a hard time its not working and I barely had it, I have to keep calling the company but I’m not getting a response don’t ever purchase this product

We scheduled a tech to come out because the water started to smell again really badly. They said they couldn’t get anyone out until our 1 year mark. We asked if they could put in an escalation due to it smelling awful. That never happened so we ended up having to wait another month for someone to come out. The original technician who was set to come never showed up so they had to schedule another, they didn’t show up either finally a third showed up over a week later. The guy tells us nothing is wrong we just need to add more salt. We added more salt and it still smells and the iron is turning all our showers and toilets yellow again. I have also asked for a supervisor 3 times to call me and still no call has been made. They also wanted to charge us over $100 for the service call but why should we pay anything when the problem isn’t fixed and it took three try’s to get someone to actually show up! Terrible customer service. Wish we went with a different company!

Update: 4th attempt at getting a supervisor. Again, another agent tells me they have no way to contact a supervisor directly and that a ticket has to be put in but once they do then a supervisor should reach out before end of business day. Still yet again, no call back from a supervisor. All calls go unanswered. Water still stinks and is staining my showers, appliances and my small child and family have to bathe in this. Even after this review all we get is the same automated message on Google with no resolution.
All good reviews are about installation but once it’s installed and something goes wrong, don’t expect a call back.

Your system is flooding my basement leaking everywhere

Your installation was so incompetent it’s now flooding my basement.

We will have another plumber come out to fix it as clearly you all are incompetent now with the three visits.

As we said we are waiting for the entirely new replaced system to be installed and verified before paying you a dime.

We will take no response as you forfeiting any claim to a payment from us for providing a broken system that has never worked.

Now a new part of the system is leaking so bad it’s filling this bucket every 8 hours!

The presentation of the water solutions was extremely professional and easy to understand. All aspects of the install and operation of system was explained as to understand easily. We had to reschedule the install date and the response was quick and accommodating. Randy Marasco was friendly and professional during the entire experience. He is a valuable asset to your company. Jaun was timely and courteous and made sure I was was aware of all the steps and system design within the install for the system I purchased.
