U.S. Private Wealth, LLC dba Wall Private Wealth

It isn't my preference to post a negative review about any business; however I owe it to others seeking financial advice from US Private Wealth, LLC dba Wall Private Wealth in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. to inform them of my experience with them.

Upon receiving a promotional ad in the mail in the Spring of 2022, I met with them and was impressed with their diversification model. By June, I had entrusted them with about half of my net worth. By September of 2023, we parted company as they made it clear that as a "small boutique" firm, they didn't have the "bandwidth" (their words) to address my administrative requests. You see, during this time, I married, changed my last name and wished to put all of my assets into our family trust. The relationship then deteriorated into them not answering the phone and not returning calls and emails. I even sent a letter to the founder of the firm, Michael D. Wall on August 24, 2023 noting the frustration to try to repair the relationship. He didn't respond nor acknowledge either.

Although tempted to write a review at the time last year, I decided not to complain as long as I thought the investments they recommended and that I still hold were performing satisfactorily.

As a backdrop, albeit an "accredited" investor by definition, I'm not super wealthy, I assume the reason I wasn't very valuable to them. I'm an older retired woman and entrusted about half of my net worth with them. So far, the real estate and private equity investments are performing and paying the expected dividends; however of the total amount entrusted with them, 250K was put in a 10-year annuity. I understood this was supposed to be the safest investment of them all. Upon the anniversary of the 2 year hold period in June, 2024, it came to my attention that this amount was indexed to a vehicle that made literally 0% over the course of the 2 years!

Over a week ago, I sent a polite email to the 2 advisors I worked with and asked them to simply explain why I was put into this type of annuity. Completely ignored. I suspected I wouldn't receive a response since they stopped responding even when I was a paying client. No response yesterday either when I told them I'd be posting this to every consumer board I could find. In summation, I don't think this is the type of financial advisor you wish to have.
