Excellent quality great handwork and I love the jacket and fit. Please also improve the delivery time. As other customer saying the delivery time is little high that's why you got some low ratings but its really worth to wait and I got the same as advertised orders will order again !!!! Order arrived on time and Leather quality was excellent

I had a fantastic experience with them. I ordered a real leather jacket with customizations, and the product turned out excellent. I was honestly surprised to see some customers facing issues, because my experience was smooth and the communication was responsive and helpful. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Company based in Pakistan and people order assuming it is based in UK. They will deliver you something you ordered but a BTech version.

Terrible experience and still going on after 2 months!

I bought an orange bomber jacket from them back in December and they didn’t dispatch it for 2 weeks - which I didn’t mind but worth noting.
Once I received the jacket, before I could try it on the zip came off as I took the jacket out the packet.

I then requested a full refund (which I’m entitled to) and instead I got AI response try to get me to take 40% off and keep the jacket and even suggesting I give it to a friend.
This kept going on until they finally agreed on 100% refund if I return the jacket - which I did immediately.

They’ve now had the jacket back for over 2 weeks and still no refund. I had to chase them up again and got another AI responses blaming their accounts department.

Wish I read the reviews on here first (also interesting to see they use AI responses to all the reviews on here).

I would highly avoid, it’s all been a terrible experience and they’ve kept £80 of my money for 2 months with nothing to show for it.
Poor shipping, poor quality product, poor customer service - just all round poor basically.

Ordered a jumper and though it said both "sweater" and "sweatshirt" in the description, all the images were of a knit wool jumper and the product details said the material was wool. The actual item I got is shiny, cheap looking polyester.
It also took over a month to arrive.
Absolute rip-off.

BUYER BEWARE. This company is using a UK website that has a similar web address to another co that has a good TP rating of 4.7, with which I have no experience. This is not them.

They are also shoplectic.com so avoid

The items are fakes of well known brands and poor ones at that. The item took 14 days to arrive and was sent from Pakistan. It was probably constructed in a sweatshop for £2 and it gives off an aromatic, unpleasant smell. They do not tell you these items are non branded (they are copies) on the website. There are absolutely no labels on the item. But there is a famous brand flimsy logo crassly sown in to the chest. It arrived in a cheap plastic bag. And they will not give you their return address. The positive reviews on the website are fake.

I do NOT recommend this company at all. It's probably a one man (or woman) band (rogue) pretending to be a multi national retailer (East London is my guess). When really they are selling dodgy copies made in and sent from Pakistan. I highly doubt that this is a UK based company so you have no recourse with UK Trading Standards.

Do not buy anything from them else you will be disappointed and out of pocket

Avoid like the plague. I'd give these guys no stars if I could - ordered 2 x tops and paid via Paypal. A week or so later e-mailed them and got a generic automated response. Then read the reviews. Currently trying to get my money back through Paypal. They even had the nerve to send me a tracking number which didn't exist. Should be reported to trading standards. Unsurprisingly still waiting for a refund and no products ever turned up. Appalling.

Terrible company. They shouldn't be allowed to sell. Awful items, and won't refund.

One star is too much. This company is a SCAM. My husband ordered a Monty Don jacket. BEWARE.
It took ages to arrive and guess where from? Parkistan!
The sizing was all wrong. A medium that was huge, great long arms and cheap polyester lining. Sadly we read the reviews after the disaster arrived.
They have offered 50% as a refund. Joke Also note there is no postcode included.
My poor husband says that he’ll never order anything online again after being so cheated.

This is a fake company scamming by selling fake, low quality items - their website should be taken down.
Ordered what I thought was a gorgeous oversized aztec cardigan as seen on Yellowstone. A couple of weeks later, I received a low quality, awful fake. It even smells of plastic man-made fibres. The reviews on the website are fake and if you check the small print the grammar and vocabulary used is awful. I wish I'd checked before buying. The cardigan will be going in the bin so I can forget this experience!!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. After too many emails to mention and me agreeing on a 60% refund for the flammable price of tat sent from “London “ ie an address in Kabul, when I chased the refund they have had a “technical financial glitch in their systems”
Which reads “I haven’t actually got the money to refund you, and I’m not going to”. This is a one-man band sh1t show, avoid at all costs!!!

Don't buy from this website. They're scammers and frauds. I bought a coat, or rather, a cheap, awful, dirty rag without tags. I wanted to return it. They started offering me a partial refund. I didn't want it. Finally, they gave me the return address. I paid for the return myself. The package was returned because there's no such address. I warn you, don't buy anything from this website. The company is registered in Pakistan. Unfortunately, it also meets the Pakistani standard.

After receiving two emails that "due to an unexpected issue", my order had not been shipped, I cancelled the oder and requested a refund.
The refund was never issued.
When trying to get in touch with the company via phone, no answer. The phone number of mother company - Shoplectic - doesnt even register as a phone. I would avoid this company
