This seller was responsive and very helpful with information. It was easy to communicate using Leboncoin's message centre.
The induction plate was very robustly wrapped, with extra care in regards to potential impact points. Previous experiences have not been so good, not all sellers appreciate just how fragile goods can be in transport. And, though the buyer is covered by Leboncoin's guarantee, (if one can prove that the goods arrived damaged due to transport issues), it is time consuming to make a claim - and the seller needs extra insurance to get refunded for any damages caused during transport as they are not covered by Leboncoin.
Here the transport went well, Colissimo delivered as indicated, with no impact damage to the package. Also, the induction plaque was exactly as described, in fact in better condition than indicated, so am very happy with my purchase..

We feel safe using such platform
Excellent experience with Leboncoin.
I’ve unfortunately encountered scammers a few times while using the platform, but each time Leboncoin handled the situation very professionally. They refunded my money quickly and permanently banned the scammers involved.
What I really appreciate is the feeling of protection and security when using the platform. Their customer support has been responsive, fair and efficient whenever an issue occurred.
No platform is completely free from scammers nowadays, but what really matters is how the company reacts when something happens and in my experience, Leboncoin has done a very good job.
Highly recommended platform with strong buyer protection.

I really want to shop on Leboncoin, but I couldn't make an account. The site offers the option of using a Dutch phone number, but I never got the confirmation code. Tried in different browsers, at different times. Nothing works :(
